Unfortunately, despite ALWAYS wanting to leave stores such as this one (smoke/head shops) great reviews, I can't help but feel obligated to leave this rating/review after just one visit! I arrived with about an hour left until they closed and was the only customer in the shop was two workers. First, barely received any sort of welcome, and absolutely NO ask/offer for help; so I start browsing. After a few minutes I realize the woman working is standing right on the offer side of the counter, but due to them having their disposable vape displays stacked so high (taller than any human being) I can't see her and had no idea! The immediate attitude and obvious sense of annoyance was so quick and unmistakable I was taken aback! There's no doubt that she did not want to be helping me or anyone for that matter, and in doing so provided some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced! Multiple times I would ask a question about something and receive ablately incorrect answer, even the point where I asked if they carried a certain kind of item and was immediately told no, only to find that very kind of item seconds later! (One of those being when I asked if they had any silicone water pipes and she said absolutely not how much despite me finding a whole shelf in one of their water pipe displays what practically nothing but silicone ones, which I ended up purchasing one). When I asked if the price on the sign they had in front of three different brands of disposal vapes was how much one of those brands cost, instead of realizing I was asking which brand it was referring to or all of them, she replied with the nasty sarcastic remark of "What's the sign say!?" When I wanted to see something from inside the lock display case, after the passive aggressive annoyance should proceed to pull it out and then hold it above the counter, which mind you is over 7-7.5 ft tall because of the disposable displays, and then just hold the box there for me to stand on my tip toes and look at but not touch. I still ended up spending over $55, and the sad part is I would have spent over double that had they actually provided me some customer service considering I started my visit by looking at and trying to side between 2 different $100 items, But the way she was rushing me and provided me absolutely no assistance or even option to look at the items to make the decision I'd have been a fool to spend that kind of money on that blind of a purchase! It's one thing when you don't know anything about any of the products you're selling especially in that industry, but then when you don't even want to be doing the work; why not find a different job? Like this one clearly did not have even the most basic of information about any of the products I asked about, nor did she have the most basic information about the store she was working for (as in what they carried what they didn't carry where stuff was); And what makes it worse is there was another guy there the whole time that didn't even try to interject and help, and there's no possible way his knowledge could have been any worse than hers! The really sad part is, I live 10 minutes or less down the road in frequent and he's kind of shocked on a weekly basis, they could have had a great customer, and coming from someone that tries never to judge a store off of 1st impressions, I can't see myself ever going back there! With how many of these shops there are in Columbus, and then how many/how often I visited them, it's hard for me to consider you the best in the city... But I'd say it's just as hard If not harder for me to consider you the worst, and yet I think I have found the one!! Their prices are average or overpriced so that didn't even make up for the customer service or...
Read moreSee how the Trash is Discarded. Obvious visuals of packaging have seen Bags of trash setting outside the gates, Don't think dumpster diving is involved.
An easy solution is invest of a " Lock or Compactor's, One for Trash another for Cardboard, it is obvious there is plenty of Cardboard to invest in a Compactor for Cardboard only " as other businesses who care & accept the responsibility & practice of Recycling & Technology.
The Bags would be ripped open if the trash was scattered by scavenger (s).
Many occasions have been observed, Gates open, container over filled, covers aren't closed. It's a continuous occurrence weekly if not Daily.
There is a camera mounted within the dumpster area, and make wise use of it with motion detection.
THC is $ profiting industry, an employee carries a Gun.
There should be surveillance with motion observing the premises.
There is plenty of Proof the boxes aren't unfolded to save space, A knife isn't necessary to break boxes down in most situations. Only one dumpster, there should be two - " Trash & Recycle ".
How long will the trash be scattered throughout the parking lot, until picked up?

Recently i've noticed THC containers all the way to Market District's Entry \ Exit, also along McCutchen Rd., near 270 Overpass.
The THC Containers should be Required by Law to be Recycled as Vapes. Sent to Swayco.
Those type of stores should be required to start a program for their customers to return the containers to the store to send to proper...
Read moreSelection is not bad when trying to find stuff to roll with, only real complaint is it doesn’t matter how much you spend if you use a card or Apple Pay expect to pay an additional fee. It’s not an outrageous fee but that stuff will add up over time. Plus I found better prices and without additional fees right down the street at tobacco land on Agler & Stygler. On the plus side it does stay open later than most other stores, so that’s a convenience. I can’t speak on smokable products from there cause I don’t mess with thca products, only the real stuff 🤷🏽♂️! Overall a decent shop with good vibes. Staff...
