Worst experience ever should have learned when the first phone was fixed yet broken took an iPhone 12pro to get the screen fixed all of sudden the flash and camera didn’t work when it worked before then fixing the screen…I then take my sons iPhone 8 screen to get fixed that he’s had for maybe two weeks then his button stopped working I called and inquired about it witch was a day or two later an this man asked me out of all of my explaining why didn’t I come back the same day lol dude I work smh took it back to get fixed he said it wasn’t any reason for it not to work but it was fixed the same day the phone stopped charging…took it back the next morning and now he’s saying the phones mother board was damaged all of these things that worked before just stopped working once they took the phone apart….very disappointed with...

My husband found the Stelzer Rd. location for repairing his Samsung phone as his charging port was not working. Instead of replacing the port, the technician suggested a cleaning might be the problem. If that did not work, he would replace the port and not charge for cleaning. Well, the cleaning worked and for $20 my husband’s phone issues were solved. Meanwhile, as we browsed around the store we were amazed at the prices of laptops, headphones, televisions, phones. etc.. The store advertises repairs in 20 minutes. Ours only took 3 minutes tops! You bet we will go back not only for repairs but also when we need new devices and electronics! I highly recommend checking Tech Craze first before buying from Amazon and/or a cell phone...

Visited store today. Loved the ambience laid back relaxing atmosphere. My grandsons iPhone screen cracked they were able to fix in 20 minutes but it felt like 10 mins. I looked around the store they have a lot of the PS5 $769-$799 and they have a credit plan for things they sale 90 days same as cash or is it a lease plan. I also got a screen saver for me and grandson as well. The person that helped me was wonderful because I came in really late and he did not tell me to go away he smiled and was so helpful and acted like he was in no rush to go home like most workers do.
