Matthew was very helpful with my inquiries and more than understanding of my technological inabilities and very patient throughout the process. He was the first to greet me upon entrance of the store, in the Yorktown Plaza of Erie, PA., in a welcoming manner that made me feel at home and less intimidated. He reached out after our in-store discussion, I was quarantining through Covid, and I confirmed that he had me sold and I would indeed return. Upon getting well, I did just that and made sure to return to the same store in hopes that he would be there. I was on a time crunch with my work schedule but he made sure that I didn’t leave without being well tended to, and within a timely manner, to boot. Read moreWith three service associates there wasn't any wait time. My phone had a dead battery. Steve contacted Verizon warranty for me and after he waited over 10 minutes I opted to pay off the remaining balance on my phone and got a free Samsung 5G right there as apposed to having Verizon mail me a replacement. My old phone was a Google Pixel. I think I made a wise choice.
While I waited for the Verizon warranty call two other people came into the store and they resolved their issues like bang bang.
Steve also showed me how I could save $30.00 a month by changing my autopayment from my credit card to my checking account, that's $360.00 a year. He also gave me a print out of my monthly charges currently and after the changes. I've never had this happen at other Verizon stores.

Both were extremely knowledgeable and patient with my entire purchase. Dave spent a lot of time explaining all the different options and plans, with Matt helping and explaining as well. I did not feel rushed at all! They answered all my questions and explained everything! (I got the iPhone 15 Max Pro). Matt transferred everything from my old phone to my new one. Dave applied my screen saver and made sure my cell new cellphone was working properly.
