I drove into this 24 hr park at 530 am to take a nap and take my dog for a walk. Was told at 7 am by someone who worked there I can't camp there. I wasn't camping. She said one of workers saw my van there at 530 am. I'm like,I don't work here, it's a 24 hr park...why are u knocking on my window? judgmental much? If someone loses there home and is sleeping in their van in a snow storm in an empty un used 24 hr parking lot at a 24 hr park why are u mad??? Would u rather them sleep outside? There's not enough beds or shelters to go around. There are over 3000 homeless people in slc. And this is only increasing. So if u are unsheltered and have a car to sleep in its more humane of u to sleep in your car so people without cars that are ubsheltered can get a bed. But yet there's no where to park with out judgement or harrassment, how...
Read moreHowever It was a very nice clean Park with nice toys for the kids to play on the river next to it was relaxing very nice we had a great time the kids had a great time and we had few full View Allure kids while they played I would recommend it to anybody that's in Salt Lake very easy to find not only that they have a cafe there and Library so if you're down in Salt Lake or in the Salt Lake I would highly recommend it beautiful place trees. We didn't and we didn't order anything from the menu because we had our own food. However it looks very clean it was later in the evening so I don't believe it was open but a real Pleasant little place. Have a picnic go check out this place...
Read moreThis as my favorite park when I was a little kid( so it holds a special place in my heart), I'm now 32 and live nearby. They have updated most of the playground equipment. I've always loved this park. I love walking my dog here. It's such a great place for picnics, parties, relaxing, playing, etc. I love when a group of local musicians come and play here. I don't know if it's a weekly thing, but I've seen them there a few times and they're very talented. It creates a nice ambience for a lovely day...
