I purchased a doodlebug card kit, NOT one of their premade kits. The boy birthday kit was perfect with instructions, card bases - everything in tact. When I went to make the girl birthday kit, the card bases were missing, the paper was already cut, ephemera pieces missing. Obviously someone had used it and I was sold a used kit. Accidents happen, but when I wrote and told the store about it at first I felt I was not believed because a response said they assemble every kit. Obviously did not read that it was a doodlebug kit. Got a simple apology and a small gift will be included. I was just disappointed because the response was less than what I had hoped for. At least a couple apologies and I really don't want a small gift - which I am sure they will forget to include as they are so busy, but a partial refund or store credit would have been nice. It most likely I will still purchase from them, but will be cautious as sto what type of...

I had an opportunity to visit inside this store and I can’t believe the huge selection of almost anything you can think of is in this store for a scrapbooking , card making, etc this place has it all . The store is filled with some super neat things but one thing in particular that I absolutely loved was their Halloween items! I wish I had taken pictures for everyone but now I guess you’ll have to go see for yourself ! The staff is truly dedicated to this craft and can help you with anything you have in mind ! They are genuine friendly and welcoming when I visited the store . P.s. The store is so neatly organized and smells...

I love this store....just wish it was in my backyard instead of 1600 miles away!!! Both times I have been in the store, the selection is incredible and the service is beyond wonderful. The staff was very helpful and answered my questions. They went as far as packaging a kit for me because they did not have anymore on the display. I was very impressed with their willingness to help. I have also called in and they have been very helpful and accommodating to get me what I need/have seen posted on social media. I hope that sometime I am lucky enough to go to one of their retreats.
