My husband band and my kid were running 8 minutes late I tried calling of course no one answered. Ones my husband got their they let him know he was late but they will take him anyway. For been 8 minutes late they charged him another $25 on top of the 20 that I had previously payed for the haircut. JUST FOR BEEN 8 minutes late so I payed 45 for my kids hair cut. I’ve been a customer for a while I don’t think it’s fair for them to charge a doble for been 8 minutes late when their policy clearly states 10 min or not showing up at all ten (10) minutes after such services are scheduled to begin or fail to show up for your Grooming Services you agree to pay a "Cancellation Fee," if applicable. Each Professional's Cancellation Fee, if any, is set forth on such Professional's Squire page. The people their cut hair good but I thought it was such a bad taste in my mouth to know they do this to their customers. How can you call them to tell them that something came up and that you are in your way when they don’t even answer...

Not 5 just cos they're a little light on amenities like hair conditioning or hot towels, the bourgeois things, not a knock against them tho cos they still delivered. Would give them a 4.7 if we could do partial stars.

Homie who did my hair was real solid. I didn't give him a lot of direction, just a general "short sides long top, somewhere between professional and punk rock", and he pulled it off well, used his discretion and took his time without dragging the appointment long and was very attentive to detail. First time blind booking here and was pretty satisfied. Took his time and lined things up, I normally don't go for hairstyles with the tight lining but this worked out well. Especially cos I needed my beard shaped in preparation for growing it out. Price was well worth it for a basic mens hair and beard, price plus a good tip was still cheaper than some spots around MKE for the same basic thing, but with good attention to detail.

Will be booking again forsure next time...

This is a great place for a last minute resort to get a haircut. I would not expect a great haircut but rather a mediocre one that will do for the time being. They have enough chairs to take you in fairly quick even as a walk in. I’m giving them a three star because although fast service and friendly the actual quality of their haircuts are average at best. I’ve gone there twice and sat in two different chairs. The first guy’s fade was better than the second guy and neither knew how to cut the rest of my hair, so only the avg fade. The second guy decided to line my beard, not by my request, using the sharpest and most painful trimmer I’ve ever experienced. Left my face with a number of skin bruises and an overall irritation AND a horrible “lining” job. Overall this Should not be your primary barber, it’s the fast food of Barbershops and should be a last...
