Such a wonderful collection of vintage! They have everything from quality vintage basics (jeans, sweaters, jackets) to unique, antique pieces (one of a kind dresses, knits, etc). I’ve found treasures from both categories there. Andrea puts so much love and care into restoring her pieces to ensure they can continue to live a long life.

The vibes in the store are warm and welcoming. I’d liken the transition into their underground space to walking into your best friend’s parents’ basement in high school. As you descend the stairs you feel a weight lift knowing you’re in a judgement free zone where you feel comfortable to be yourself, share stories and make memories with pals. To Hell & Back Vintage is just what “The Doc” ordered. Located in Walker’s Point (Milwaukee) ~ just South of the trendy Third Ward. It’s a quaint, cozy & nostalgic small business owned by a wonderful couple who appreciate vintage clothing and other curated goods. When you walk in, you’ll get that wonderful nostalgic feel. Having shopped here many times there are three things I adore; 1) the space (I feel like I'm in the Total Recall movie being asked to 'open your mind', 2) the people (think hugh grant in nodding hill - giving real advice about what to purchase and why), and 3) the clothes and selection (we could go Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman when she wants to get everything or more subtly Harrison Ford in Sabrina 'how do I say I'm looking at what I want).
