second part to my long review. I called and requested to speak with Gino multiple times (he is incredibly hard to reach) and was finally in touch with him, I asked for him to fix this and he offered to scrap the ring and start over. I brought the ring into the store, and we spoke in person about what we can change to make it more durable and I was told the entire process would take 4 weeks. I was told he would be in touch with me in 2 weeks with a design that I would approve but that never happened. 5 weeks after I dropped the ring off I finally called the store and requested to talk to Gino multiple times, but again, he's a hard guy to get ahold of and was informed that he texted me the pictures but I never received anything. Although he was able to prove that he did attempt to send the info, there still was never any other attempts. He never called to try to follow up. I then requested to just be done, I asked for my finances money back and wanted nothing to do with his business moving forward. SEVERAL weeks went by after he agreed to refund the 3k, I texted and he responded that he was working on finding the ticket but nothing. That was at the start of March, it is now April 17 and I finally just received my refund after finally calling this past week to check the status.
Overall, horrible customer service. They have zero desire to create high quality product and have awful customer service sales people who have NO CLUE what's going on with anything and the fit right into their low quality product. I hate to bash a company but for what was supposed to be one of the happiest memories someone should experience, turned into an absolute nightmare. Now not only will I never again have the ring my fiancé proposed to me with, but I will always have this sad memory of what I had to go through during the first year of my engagement. May 9th will be a year ago that he proposed. So sad, but thankful I never have to deal with this...
Read moreMy son bought some Callier glasses about five months ago from Paks does sticks came loose from the lens took it to another place and ask him to tighten it and ask him if they were real they said the stick and everything was real, but the lens were fake I take it back to see if I can get some real ones. They gave me to run around saying all design come as they come from third-party my son paid 1300 for the glasses and I expected to go back there to get some real lenses from, but they gave me some so bad story talk about all the lenses that are custom come from third-party ... all they wanted to do was give me some original clear lenses. They said they were original and then they said oh we got a sign right there that says no no refund that right there should tell you something if you ever go to a professional real jewelry store a real Eye or whatever they don't have no sign that says no refund no change so that should be your first sign that something is up with that store .. I posted the pictures of the real lenses. I got you can see her much thicker more heavier they are . The ones that they gave my son look like they made them from a basement in the hood some where... just be careful going to this place they don't have professional jewelers there that know 💯 percent of what they talking about and he never know what you're gonna get cause my son got half real half...
Read moreMy husband recently had our rings repaired for approximately $500. However, his diamonds began falling out shortly after, and upon returning it for repair, we were quoted $200, which he paid without issue. Unfortunately, the diamonds fell out again in under three weeks. Now, they're requesting $500 to fix it, which is excessive considering the original repair cost for both rings with more extensive damage was $500. We expect fair business practices.😮💨As a local business owner myself, I value transparency and integrity. We tried tried to be loyal customers and was planning to upgrade and get our wedding rings 💍 🙅🏾♀️ nope that's not good business. You can't just tell us anything and you never know who you are talking to. P.s....
