OLD lady Tarza, She messed up my hair because she was clearly rushed. then when I returned half hour later she seemed super agitated with me just by looking at me walking the store she greeted me and looked at me like I was bothering her. The way you might expect your spouse to react and treat you after you told them you cheated on them or something. Very short with me. it's like you're the one who messed up my hair and I'm being polite to you about it and I tipped you. This is my second trip why are you being rude to me? when I was in the chair she was clearly agitated and disagreed with everything I said. she refuses to acknowledge her poor job. I'll be honest if the troubled area was by my ears I would have not let her cut my hair for safety reasons she was so rushed and upset. While I was getting it fixed she literally would not stop disagreeing with me. I'll attach a picture of the bad haircut I took when I got home. She told me it didn't look like there was anything wrong and I'm like look at the picture and I literally pointed it out to her and she remain completely silent while looking at it can clearly agitated said while I'll make it shorter if you want. I told her it looks like I got a big bump or lump on my head and she said no it doesn't. Keep that in mind when you look at the picture. When. She was done she asked if it looked good I said I don't know it's really wet (drenched wet)she told me literally you need to make up your mind right now it's not wet... I repeated I can't tell because it's still wet. She wasn't shy to, the entirety of the time, show me her agitation. She dried my hair in a way I can only describe as violently and asked if it looks good again I felt I had to say yes to exit the situation 2 deescalate because the situation was escalating quickly I'm sitting here upset that my hair looks like crap and I'm being treated like crap. even though I was not happy with the situation and I was not happy with my hair and I did not feel as if I got a good haircut I said it's good. Not to mention I literally showed her a picture of what I wanted my haircut to look like and it wasn't a picture of some stranger it was a picture of me with a haircut I really liked and she failed miserably to replicate that.. when I said that it looked okay she ripped the thing off of my neck and walked away and was saying something under her breath. so I got up and started walking to the counter and said loud enough for the entire store to hear this is the worst experience I've ever had you are extremely rude and I asked her for a refund and then she told me that I could not get a refund and laughed at me and condescendingly told me have a nice day. so I made sure I called corporate and I will be hearing back from the owner with follow up. I work for a company that PRIDES itself in customer service. U don't be short with your cust. Even if a customer is wrong there's ways to disagree with them but if they have wet hair you don't go and tell them your hair is not wet and then if they say yes it is you don't snarl back no it's not. I felt like I was arguing with my 5 year old child the same thing when they have bags under their eyes and they're falling asleep in the car seat and you go are you tired and they say I'm not tired and you say yes you are and they get mad and shout no I'm not it's literally the same thing but with a adult. It was a very jarring experience because the very nice young girl with braces that cut my hair last time I was there gave me the best haircut literally of my entire life I don't take pictures of my haircut afterwards and I took a picture of it I thought it was so good so to go from a really good experience and expecting that to this was very jarring. but that lady for sure needs additional training or is on some type of high horse or got life issues she brought to work or something I'm not sure what's going...

I recently visited Great Clips for a simple haircut, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a salon. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed lazy, disinterested, and frankly, rude. The stylist barely took the time to listen to what I wanted and instead sped through the entire haircut like they had somewhere better to be (back to doing nothing).
The result? An uneven mess. My hair was cut at multiple random lengths, with no consistency or care. It's clear there was no attention to detail or effort put into the service. When I got home and had a chance to really look at it, I was shocked at how bad it was.
I called the salon immediately to voice my concerns, only to be met with an incredibly dismissive response. I was told, "Hair grows back," and that they don't issue refunds. This is such an unprofessional and lazy approach to customer service. A haircut isn't something you can just undo overnight, and the lack of accountability is appalling.
I understand mistakes happen, but how a business handles those mistakes says everything. Great Clips failed in every aspect—from the quality of the service to their customer care. I would strongly advise anyone considering this location to think twice before trusting them...
Read moreWORST HAIRCUT EVER 😭😭 I have not had a haircut in over 3 years and I 1000% regret going to get it cut at Great Clips today! Jess, the stylist was pleasant but clearly not a hair artist ... she cut my hair way too short and none of it is even ... I have multiple uneven layers and am extremely disappointed and my hair is gone. I now have to spend additional money and get my haircut even short (don't want short hair) just so I will have a decent cut that I'm confident in. This haircut makes me want to wear a hat until it grows back because it's that BAD!! I'm so embarrassed about this look and regret even going to get my haircut I posted what I asked for vs what I got below.... update... I emailed the one mentioned in the comments and got an automated response saying the location is franchised and the owner would contact me ... still have not gotten any email from franchise owner and I doubt I will ... it's obvious the owner does not care about good customer service or the people who are walking out looking like their hair was cut in the dark! Do yourself a favor a do NOT support...
