I first became a client almost 5 years ago. I was really only running for exercise and had begun to see my metabolism slow with middle age and my body rebel against the pounding repetition. Hell Bent is in our neighborhood, so thought I'd give it a try. The first time I worked out there, it was like coming home. I was a bit apprehensive as I'd never belonged to a gym before, but Jason made me feel instantly comfortable, as did the members. It's "come-as-you-are" - no one was out to impress. In 2020 my wife, Diane, and I started individualized strength training with Jason and we can see and feel the difference in our bodies.
