KE Nails — Attraction in Minneapolis

I had my first ever gel manicure done yesterday and today I saw pock marks on my nails. Someone at work said it's because the under layers hadn't cured properly. I called KE Nails and the young woman said to come back. I did, and got the same person from yesterday to "fix" the problem. He filed my nails, making them even shorter, not sure why he needed to do that, buffed off the top coat, added a color coat and a top coat and then filed again. I questioned him about filing the nails AFTER the color and top coat were applied and didn't that break the 'seal' that's essential to avoid chipping and pulling away and he said, "you want another coat?" So he did another clear topcoat but the the color polish isn't even and there is no color on the tips which makes them look cheap (see images). I'm leaving town in a few days for a major family event and I really wanted this to be perfect. I don't want to give up on KE Nails because I've had such good luck in the past when I get one of the young ladies but at this point nothing will get my nails longer or correctly shaped before Monday so it's not even like I could go somewhere else for a total redo. I'm only able to go get my nails done after work and since the nail shop is literally just down the block from me I thought it was convenient. I booked online like the website suggested. I paid the 10 fee through Cash App. I've been there 3 times and I get the same gel french manicure every time. The first time I went it was 35 dollars, 25 I paid in person and the ten from the Cash App deposit, and a tip. The last two times it was bumped up to 45. I asked why and she (Ann) told me that's what it's always been. I told her what price I paid initially and she denied that. I will say that they get you done fast, and I'm sure that's because they close at six and my appointment which is made online is at 5 they hurry through it. The nails look good initially but the gel chips within a week, I've gone to other places and never had that problem. I won't be back. Although other places are a little bit more expensive I think it's probably worth spending a little bit more to have the gel set under the lamps for a longer period of time and to not be rushed just to have your gel nails chip...

Female worker was rude and unprofessional. When I stepped the the salon I was greeted with “do you need something” I told her what I wanted and she said they did not have time. So I asked why was the door still open at 5:15 pm if the closed at 6pm and did not have time. She said it was because they still had customers. That is fine but put up a sign to say you’re closing early or something if you did not have time at 5:15pm but closed at6pm if the doors are open and you have your open sign on with a posting that says you close at 6 pm you are open.
