Never thought I would be a person to say this, but I love going to this gym!
For most of my life I have been a person who does not like to exercise, I never played sports, and left to my own devices would probably hurt myself on gym equipment. I was a person who went to the gym as a chore, it was a necessary evil to not be totally unhealthy. Turns out I just needed to find the right gym. There is always positive energy and support in this Snap!
Over the years that I have been a member of this gym, it has consistently changed for the better and my attitude about fitness has changed with it. Positive changes in the gym: new machines, new layout, new flooring, new paint, new sound system, and most important new owners! Ronnie and Gosia are personable and professional, and they know what makes a gym great. They aren't just hands off business owners, fitness is their passion. Positive changes in me: down over 40 lbs, 7% body fat, and 40" overall - 7" just in my waist!

I never (not once) attended the gym, and due to Covid I wanted to cancel. I called left messages 3 different times. No return call. Not once. So I emailed and threatened calling corporate and then finally got an email response unprofessionally saying something like...got your email, your membership has been cancelled.
Then I emailed asking about getting my $20 key card deposit back. For not attending this gym once, and getting screwed on my joining fees, I was hoping the owner would offer to fix something...anything. In the end I’ve paid hundreds of dollars with nothing to show for it.

Read moreI have been a Snap Fitness member on and off since 2012 and due to recent issues I will never go back to them, I called to cancel my membership and instead of canceling it was suspended. I was not charged for a few months then randomly I was charged $150+. First calling this branch and getting in contact was a 3 week process, I ended up having to contact corporate via Facebook just to finally get a reply back after I got a promise for a callback that never happened. Now I am being told only half of the money will be refunded due to them not getting the cancellation.
