My family will never return here! We paid for our kids to do the ultimate package with all the attractions. They have signs up to ask an associate to open all of the attractions but they only had 1 associate running around trying to operate all the attractions and manage the trampoline area. We asked the front desk to have the zip line open and the bumper cars. They asked me which one 1st so we said zip line. Once we were finish, we asked the associate to open the bumper cars, I waited for him at close the zip line, then he came over to the bumper cars and said he’d send another associate over because he had to use the bathroom. Well nobody ever came back! So since it was 15 min before closing we went back to the front and asked again to open the bumper cars. We were told that nobody was going to come over because they are all cleaning up now. I asked for a manager and she repeatedly told me that nobody was aware I wanted to open the bumper cars (calling me a liar basically). I told her the front desk staff and the floor associate were both told multiple times! I also told her that the VR has been closed all night and she told me I had to ask to have it opened but there is NO SIGN saying that! The TVs were off and not one child played with it all night! She then continued to get an attitude with and refused to let my kids ride the bumper cars. When I asked to speak to someone else she stormed off and didn’t send ANYONE to speak to me! There are many trampoline parks in the area, this is the most expensive one and they will scam you out of your money!! Go somewhere else!! The place was about empty on a Saturday night, that should tell you a lot!

Took my daughter (9) to Urban Air and she wanted to show me this awesome area of trampolines she had played at the previous weekend with a friend. When I got to the specific area she was at, there was a staff member that was there not paying any attention to the kids that were jumping, because she was too busy on her phone and gabbing away with a co worker (who also wasn’t paying attention). Despite the 5 signs in the area that said,” No Flips” there was a child, not much older than my daughter, doing back to back flips on the trampolines, and not allowing my daughter to have a turn jumping on the attraction. After watching this for 10 minutes or so, I asked the girl that worked there why she didn’t stop this child from flipping. I mean there is a reason those signs are there. She said that she “knew the child and he did it all the time. He was there every week.” Well that didn’t sit well with me. As a business owner myself, I am shocked at the flippant response. This tells me that there’s an issue with management not training their staff. The facilities are beautiful, but I would not feel comfortable leaving my child unattended given how little the staff cares about safety. Mind you for review purposes I’m only going over a small portion of our conversation, and I was very tempted to ask for a manager, but I didn’t feel like going full Karen. I just supervised my child for a little longer and left with a bad taste in my mouth about it. We won’t be back because of it.

We just left Urban Air and despite the fact we waited a while to check in because the line was long, I was impressed with the facility. We walked in and the line was past the front door. I think every parent was a little shocked to see 1 person doing check ins. After about 15 minutes a woman (probably in management) came to assist. Things started to move faster. She apologized profusely for the wait time and explained because CMS schools were opened the majority of her staff had to go to school. I like that this place has a lower price for kids 5 and below, and parents pay a fee to accompany. Every other trampoline park I've been to I have had to pay full price for my toddler. My tot loved the tubes section. It was pretty cool and kept him occupied for the majority of our time there. Then we went to the ball pit/obstacle course and then the trampoline section. This place is cool because it has options for every age. There were also a few arcade games too. The food court was huge with a ton of tables and chairs so you could just sit and relax. The place was clean. Even the bathroom was super clean. Walked in there with our socks on with no issues. They were def understaffed today and I understand why. It's Presidents Day but school is in. The staff I did encounter were friendly and tried their best to cover as many areas as physically possible. I will def visit this place again with my tot.

UPDATE.....I spoke with the owner Mr. Chris and the conversation didn’t go as planned. I asked if an Officer Lawrence had contacted him and he stated no if he did contact his business he must have spoken with the manager and not him. He stated that the information that I put on Yelp really hurt and originally he was going to help me out but now he’s not. He stated we wouldn’t be having this conversation if I would have paid the $3 to lock my items up. I explained that when you see a sign that states lock your values up I’m thinking purse or wallet never knowing that your shoes won’t be safe at a trampoline place. He said he has repositioned the cameras on the shoes and personally belongings now. I stated to him I’m not the only one that has had this problem at his business the lady that worked the concession stand stated to me that yeah we do have ppl that steals shoes. I asked Mr. Chris if the police comes in would he allow them to watch the video and he said no there’s nothing there to see and it’s company’s policy to lock up your values. I let Mr. Chris know that this is not how you do business and it seems as if he has something to hide. I also stated I’m in the military and I will expose this business of the poor concerns and care from management. Very disappointed in how he handled things and hopefully this is a lesson learned for other patrons that visit this location, it is for me.

The reason this place is receiving one star is because the management has NO concern for the safety of their customers possessions as well as the lack of the children safety. My son’s shoes were stolen because we did not lock them up. It appears they only have cameras in the facility where there would be a potential lawsuit against them (liability claim) in the event someone gets hurt. The manager stated the cameras are not positioned on the customer’s values or the entry/exit door, only the trampolines. The shoes I purchased for my son were material and can be replaced, but the lack of knowledge, concern and empathy by the staff at Urban Air Trampoline & Adventure Park is unbearable. What would have happened if this was a child that went missing? Even at Chucke E Cheese's they give you stamps for both adults and children and check it on the way out the door. I’m in the military and travelled from up North to visit friends. The manager Nancy never called after I left my contact information, I had to call them. Once the owner Chris called back he informed me he was looking at the video and would give me a call back. That was yesterday at 6:00pm. The lady at the concession stand stated yeah they have ppl that do steal shoes. If theft is a problem why wouldn’t you tighten the security of the place. Businesses that’s out for the money and could care less about the customers. I spent $200.00 at this place with friends and family. If you plan on going to this expensive place protect your values this is very disappointing to...

I'm devastated by the way our 7 year old daughter was treated by 2 of the employees working here on Saturday, so is she as it broke her spirit & her heart 💔 since this was her favorite place to go.

Brandon screamed in her face (about 10 inches away) when he had no business yelling at her nor a reason to even address her since she was asking ME a question, NOT Him! ~ I was simply asking about the rules & she didn't understand what he said since was talking at about 80 miles per hour (& Mumbling!) so she asked ME for clarification. He became extremely irritated, got an attitude & began yelling at her, right in her face!

Jasir REFUSED to help her put her harness on & said "NO! I'm not helping you no more! You can do it yourself!" I was Appalled!!! This mistreatment of my young, VERY Sweet & Kindhearted child is NOT OKAY! (She's not a Brat!) & I'm not one to use the "Race Card", EVER! But, it makes no sense that he helped EVERY Single other child (who had his same skin tone) without a second thought (even TEENAGERS!!!) when they were easily 14 & 16 years old, but not my small child!? ..? I have photos to prove this! ** When we were here a few weeks ago another child fell out of her harness & was only hanging on by her hands while her mother was in full blown panic mode & screaming which grabbed our attention. I'm now wondering if this happened due to an employee making her put on the harness herself.

My daughter didn't get to partake in 2 of the attractions that she was really excited about, due to these rude employees!

There's another Caucasian Female worker who takes her job WAY too seriously & goes a overboard with the blowing of whistle, VERY Loudly & for an extensive period each time so I always leave with a Migraine when she's working! ~ if they aren't causing any trouble, allow them to play without being Scolded for no reason! Let kids be kids. This is supposed to be a Fun & enjoyable experience! 🙄

I don't know if we'll be bringing her back after this, but some of their Employees' behavior is absolutely...
