I ordered online bought one footlong got 50% off of the 2nd. I ordered a meatball sub with only cheese, & a Philly steak and cheese only the meat & cheese. I didn't ask for any condiments or toppings on either sandwich. I added a foot long pretzel & tipped 15%. I requested the honey mustard that came with the pretzel, I didn't receive that. Not only did I not get the HM, I did not get one single napkin. When I walked in, two young teenagers were talking & not interested in helping anyone. It was obvious by their demeanor. I have worked in food service for 20 plus years, I know the "rights & wrongs"!! When I called & asked about the napkins & mustard I asked the young lady, "DO you all not give napkins anymore", she replied..."NO"!!!! I spent $25, 2 footlong sandwiches & a footlong pretzel plus tipped for making PLAIN SANDWICHES & not one napkin, no mustard for the pretzel & then an attitude from a teenager?! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE!!!! IF THIS IS "THE SUBWAY BRAND" YOU CAN KEEP IT, SOOOOOOO NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!! Every time I go to this location they allow them but for some reason today they told my brother they didn't have it AFTER they made him press it. So he paid regular price which isn't that big of a deal but I called to speak to a manager and ask why and what do you know there isn't one there so I called back later on in the evening about 8:30 and once again the manager isn't there! Apparently they don't have a manager working night shift wth?! What fast food place doesn't have a manager at all times there?! They let employees close!! Read moreI have been to this location several times. There is one employee, who I suspect may be the owner, that will never give me enough vegetables and tells me that there is a charge for extra. The “extra” is asking for more than FOUR pickles on my footlong sandwich. She has informed me that it is up to the individual franchise owner. This seems like a great way to have lots of upset guests. I am not typically one to make complaints but this I ridiculous and needs to be addressed. I cannot find any type of phone number or email to contact the owner of this franchise or the corporate customer service. There is no signage or notices alerting guests to this extra charge. If this is different across different franchises, then there should be a requirement to communicate the policy to the guests before they begin ordering. Most of the employees at this location are very kind professional, but this employee is quite rude in general and I have also seen her be rude to other employees.
