Dollar Tree — Local services in Mint Hill

Don't go there. Employee at the register was so unfriendly and acted like she hated her job. I got in line at one of the 2 registers which no employee was at either register at the time but 5 min prior my friend Checked out at the only open register. So I took all my items which was alot and unloaded them on the same register where my friend checked out. After a few minutes the miserable employee comes and opens the other register. Says nothing to me. So I put all my stuff back in my cart and as I moved to the open register she takes another Customer that just walked up. Needless to say that customer's Cart was full. Horrible customer service. No way was I waiting that long after i had been there first and waited already at the other register. Very poor customer service from the employee. I use to love going this dollar tree. It's only five minutes from my home and the employee's use to be very nice. I was ready to check but someone was holding the line up which was no problem. The employee called for help. The white guy behind me when to the next register first. Again no problem I was being patient. When the employee was done with him. She walked over to the other employee to help them with the original customer without telling me to hold on, basically she didn't acknowledge me at all. I waited a little. Again being patient. She still didn't say a word to me so I kindly left the line and put the items back. I encountered the rudest employee today at the dollar tree. When I walked to the register to check out there was no one there so I first said hello is there anyone to check me out and no one answered. Then I proceeded to look down the isles to see if I could find some one and asked her if someone was available to check me out and she said I’m on it. I stood calmly for about 3-4 more minutes while she took her time coming to the front and putting the cart back. Her customer service skills are nonexistent and a business can’t be profitable if you are disrespectful to the customers and act like they are bothering you.
