Bojangles — Restaurant in Mint Hill

I went to this location 2nite the food was horrible wen i got home. I ordered the 3 wing meal with fries and pintos 4 the sides. The pintos were dry as my ass and the fries were cold and to salty 2 consume. I called back to complain and the assistant manager Jessica sed she would replace my meal. After it took ten minutes of my time and my gas I took the food back. Once there this Jessica person sed she wld replace my meal. I sed 2 her the meal shd be free and replaced considering i had 2 bring it back. She rudely stated she wld do 1 or the other she wld not be doing both by replacing my meal and giving me my money back. She went to the store manager Jeff who did applogize 4 my inconvience as well as he replaced my food AND gave my money back. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this location. The 1st time i didnt complain nor take the food back be caz i sed 2 myself every 1 is entitled 2 a bad day but this time it infuriated me that it was happening again . I love Bojangles chicken. I am coming to despise the Bojangles experience. We've had problems when we try to have an order corrected at this and other locations. It's not worth it, the way they treat you. This last incident will have us trying Popeyes or Church's next time.

We found a long hair baked into the breading of a piece of chicken, on a drive-thru order. I drove back to the restaurant to get a fresh, hairless batch. The first woman I spoke with said they'd replace the entire family meal, 8-piece.

The sides weren't of the usual Bojangles quality, and the sweet tea was undrinkable. That, in addition to the hair. A young man then told me he could replace the chicken only. We couldn't eat the biscuits either, because they were in the same box, and I mentioned this. His response: "Do you want new chicken or not?"

I spoke with him further after getting the replacement chicken. He said he could understand my concerns, but that his manager, who wasn't there that night, would have done it this way. It's just disappointing that something so gross could ruin a meal - and they didn't seem a bit concerned about...

I came here during the afternoon. Ordered my food and was told to pull around to the window for the price. Upon pulling around, no one informed me of the price, no one spoke to me and just took my cash and handed me my drink which was fine or whatever. Took about 2 minutes for my food to be prepared and handed out to me. No straw, napkins, or spork for my food. I grabbed my sandwich which the wrapping paper was covered in old grease.. didnt mind. I then opened it which the inside was covered in old brown grease as well. Still gave it a shot. I opened the sandwich to see what was inside.. old lettuce, soggy tomatoes, and even a SOGGY piece of cajun. I took the tomatoes off then I took one bite and it also tasted as if its been sitting for a while and immediately threw it away, along with the macaroni given to me. Before writing this, I took the route of telling a manager or even the GM about my experience.. but no answered the phone at 1:00pm the next day.
