Sorry but it was the worst experience. Will not order from there again! I paid the Manager T with my card over the phone. When it was delivered by Door Dash, there was a $15 tip and he was unaware that it was paid for already. He could not speak English. I tried to explain all this through his phone and told him to call Pizza Hut while I was standing there because the total was $37.71 and it should have been an even $30.00. $7.74 for personal pan, $7.55 for Cheese Sticks, $5.49 for delivery $1.73 tax .. total: $22.71. I told them to do the tip up to $30 total so that it would be 2 tips .. pizza hut $5.49 and I tipped $7.29 for the driver. I knew pizza hut added their own tip. When the driver from Door Dash got here, the total was $37.71 and the Pizza Hut had put a $15 tip which caught my attention. $22.71 plus $15 tip for $37.71 total. I called Pizza Hut and got breakdown posted above from the store manager T. In my opinion Door Dash is in no way responsible. I just hope they get their money and the driver gets the tip of $7.29 I personally wanted to go to him ! The Pizza Hut manager also seemed unsure about how things worked with Door Dash .. what ?? I am a very nice, honest person. I always appropriately tip unless they do not do their job. Door Dash did their job! The problem comes from Pizza Hut charged $15 total for tip.. That would be a total of $15 tip on the receipt plus $5.49 tip that was in the $22.71 total making the tips $20.49 and the food was $15.29. Wow .. what a Friday night !!! The tips were more than the food according to Pizza Hut! Not to mention, the food was cold by this time !! Have spoken to Pizza Hut 3 times now. Not sure if I am getting a complete credit or a credit and a recharge for the $30 for all. Wow .. could not win tonight. First time I have used delivery too !!! Read moreDo not order takeout here. Went through the entire online order process, pizza was supposed to be delivered @ 8:15. Got email confirmation, text updates, etc, all from Pizza Hut. At 8:11, got a text that it was out for delivery. Waited, waited, waited. At 8:40, called the store to check on my order. Was only then informed that they're not delivering, DoorDash does the delivery,and there are no DoorDash drivers available. At NO time was there any DD reference in ANY of the contacts. But, after asking, I was told my order was sitting there. I went up to get it, admittedly really annoyed. I was told that to get the $5 driver tip refunded, I would have to contact DoorDash! I've had no contact with DD! I asked what would have happened with my order if I hadn't called, was told it would have just sat there. I looked down at the receipt on the box...it said DELIVERY right under the store name!! I pointed it out and asked if common customer service would have suggested that if you have an order that comes in for delivery, you know you're not delivering, and there are no DD drivers, shouldn't you call the CUSTOMER? Wouldn't that be the logical thing to do? After going around and around with the counter person (he fixated on the $5 driver tip refund I requested, me asking if it wouldn't be decent customer service to have called, knowing there would be no delivery), I lost my temper and stormed out. (Not my finest moment and I'm not proud of myself.) Got home, calmed down a bit, and got ready to eat my, now cold, dinner. Icing on the cake, you ask? The pizza is WRONG, missing toppings, and one of the apple pies is actually 2 half-pie pieces. I'm done with this Pizza Hut.

Read moreHaven’t heard back from management whatsoever. Ordered food from here the other day they sent a doordash driver and didn’t tell me it wasn’t a personal driver. I ordered $72 worth of food. Dasher dropped off one pizza at my door and left and I called her and she told me to come check her car they only gave her one pizza. I called the store and they offered me store credit. I don’t want store credit I want the food I ordered so they said they could only offer store credit unless I came and picked it up. So I told them I would come get it and just to have it ready and they told me it would take 40 minutes. So I go to get it and the wings I ordered were burnt little pieces okay whatever and the pizza wasn’t even cooked which I didn’t realize till I got home. I asked the store associate for at least a refund on the delivery charge and the $11 tip I left for the driver and she told me I had to contact doordash directly, which I had tried doing on the drive over and they told me only the store could refund since they had my card info, so she went and asked her manager who I could literally see and she said it was my responsibility to contact doordash and it wasn’t her problem.
