Monster Mini Golf Pembroke Pines — Attraction in Miramar

This was a horrible experience! I paid over $600.00 to host my kids birthday party over here and it fell really short. The spot is great and fun for kids however the hostess I had (Destiny and another girl) were absolutely horrendous. The hostess went about as if she were doing us a favor to host the parent and had a bad attitude with me, my spouse and the parents of other children which was completely embarrassing. The hostess were no where to be seen the majority of the time until I had to do the work she was supposed to do. Like cut the cakes... they only had 1 knife for the whole place from what she told me and it was my twins birthday. So imagine me having to cut cake and wipe the knife to cut the other cakes several times....and lets not forget some ppl who had food sensitivity so the knife had to be washed or they just didn't get any cake. Then the hostess decides to toss utensils to the children and guests cause she didn't want to walk to hand it to the guests. Now let's start with the fact that I was told I could arrive 15 minutes early to set up but the room wasn't clean so I had to wait 15 mins of my party time with guests until we could get inside to then decorate then the guest could come in. Then let's talk about the schedule of the party.... completely off to the point parents and children were complaining if their kids could go play golf or arcade. Then when we could golf... we had a long line to wait. Now I don't normally leave reviews but my experience was so horrible ontop of the $600.00 I paid that I had to vent and let this be known. Can you imagine planning and spending over 1k to celebrate your twins and then everything just goes downhill from no responses to emails to when we get there and when we leave. HORRIBLE and a waste of the money I spent. Honeslty.... I should go to the better business bureau and report them cause this is completely...

The staff was friendly when we first walked in. However, things started going downhill at the start of hole 1. A staff member came up to us stating the rules and proceed to watch us put our first shots. For preference there was 4 of us. From this point forward the same two staff members followed us walking right through the middle of the greens looking at every shot we took. My parents even got to the point were they wanted to leave after paying $51 for us four to play. At this point none of us wanted to play anymore but continued to not waste the money spent. After the golf we saw a coin pusher which we love! The game went great until again, the staff. We got a prize and someone snatched it from the counter which was fine we told the staff and they replaced it with another box. However, as soon as we left and got on the highway we noticed the box seemed a bit light. Just to find out it was empty. Overall, not a pleasant experience would...

OMG! Monster Mini-Golf is the most fun place in South Florida! I am going to be using them for my one year anniversary party! That's a business party, not personal... However my business participates with them and holds a weekly mini golf tournament with my business partners! But, this isn't about me... This is about Monster Mini Golf. With two locations in South Florida, they are by far on the map whether you are in the north part of Broward County, or the South part of Broward County.
