TERRIBLE experience! My wife ordered a Turtle Pecan Blizzard. She paid EXTRA for extra pecans, expecting a lot of pecans since she just had one a few days before at Orlando that was LOADED with pecans! When she received it, it had ONE pecan and a few extra small pieces. She told the manager, Sherry. Sherry responded that she had given her extra like she asked. My wife told her she was crooked and walked out with her Blizzard. Not completely understanding what transpired, I went outside with my dessert. Because of COVID there is no dining in. Once I understood what had happened, I went back in to confront the manager. I asked her what was her name. When she told me she also asked what the problem was. I told her about my wife's blizzard. She said that she put extra pecans in it. I told her she did not! She snapped right back (very rude person) saying she had! I told her I wasn't going to stand and argue with her about it when I had just seen the small amount they put in it. I then told her she can't charge extra for extra product and not give it, that's STEALING! I also told her that free enterprise would eventually catch up to her ways after she ripped off enough people and that I would give her a negative review on Social Media, so here I am! She had the gall as I walked out the door to wish me a good evening after she had stolen from me AND ruined our dessert experience! I would give a zero review if that were possible! The problem here is not that this woman was having a bad day. I usually try to give people the benefit of the doubt that they're possibly HAVING a rough day. The fact of the matter is that she had done the SAME THING two weeks before to my step-daughter! She's a thief! She has ripped us off twice! I didn't know that had happened two weeks before or I would NOT have went there! While we were standing outside a woman overheard our conversation and asked what was wrong. When we told her, she said, "I KNOW, that woman is horrible"! Stay away from this place! However, if you should decide to go anyway, watch your back with this wicked woman! We won't be going back, EVER! And please, owners, don't send me a message telling me you're sorry for our experience and you hope we return! Please do something about this woman if you treasure...

I never asked to speak with anyone i asked her if she was the manager and her name this is how bad her customers service works she wasnât ready to serve me she did not acknowledge Davidâs behavior and bullying towards me making fun of me because they did not had the product i requested now she wants me to come over so she can give me a free ice cream ! I am not a kid have some respect maâam learn customer service ! The lady in front of us ordered the same thing my husband ordered and also one of the chocolate dipped waffle cone, The lady at the register begins to say to the paid customer that they do not do dipped waffle cones. The lady said it was false advertisement and asked for a refund. My husband and I both worked at Dairy Queen years back the fact that they said they wasnât even able to make chocolate dipped waffle cones the reasoning behind it made no sense. (Literally The stories she gave had both customers looking confused) as we began to get our money back mind you Iâm only getting my money back for the waffle cone, The lady sat there saying that you cannot get a refund that they used to have a sign saying no refunds. So here we are once again arguing with these people, then another lady comes up front takes all the money from the tip jar and gives me my two dollars and tells me and my husband to get out rudely, thatâs not how you talk to paid customers I will never ever go back there again.
