I went there with my mom on a Saturday, was kind of busy during mid day so while the “only lady there” greeting customers, helping them and collecting payment finished....we were looking at the inventory in exhibition.
After 20 minutes the attendant was still busy with the previous customer so we kept looking. My mom was checking one garment and the attendant told her in a rude manner that she couldn’t take them out of the bag, but not only my mom but any buyer needs to see the product!! or are you going to buy something without feeling the material and checking the inside???
30 minutes passed and we were still waiting, we started our selection while picking our sizes to try them on as the lady was still serving the previous customer and then a man approached who i believed was the manager/owner?? He told my mom again she couldn’t take the fajas down from exhibition. My mom is short so she could Not reach them however as she was trying to put one back it fell onto another faja and again we were treated like kids running around the store doing a mess (just to give you an idea on how we felt at that point). What is curious is that There is NO sign saying you could not touch what is exhibited.
I told the guy we have been waiting for 30 minutes and the lady was still busy - in a very respectful manner, I asked him how come there was no one else to help in such a busy place. We were not there to waste their time, we were there to buy. His answer was that he couldn’t have anyone else! I count to 3, he kind of helped after that but was in an out and talking to someone else. Another lady, who I understood was a regular customer or known by them and who was in the store while we were there for 30 minutes tried to help us about. I had 2 garments separated which the guy put in the counter. Again the first lady (attendant or whoever she is) just took them from the counter and put them in the back. At that point I decided to just sit and wait quietly while I was looking at the whole scene. In the meantime, My mom was trying on her fajas and she asked me to look for a bigger siZe as no one else was helping her out. I took the faja and headed to check on exhibition for the model and color she wanted (in order to ask the attendant for the size my mom needed) again the “so busy first attendant- eyes on me but not to help” told me in a very rude manner that I had to wait to be served and I couldn’t take anything down from exhibition as I was told. Keep in mind that at this point, instead of helping us out she was helping 2 ladies that came in after me and my mom. I wanted to leave after that but after spending an hour waiting (which is a valuable time for me) i decided to stay. I spent over $200, received a terrible customer service and the experience was SO bad I will NEVER return to that store or recommend it.
I felt discriminated and labeled. That’s how I felt. My mom was so disappointed and mad that she didn’t want anything from that place.
Ironically, our family business provides aesthetic treatments and we do buy fajas wholesale, so guess what? We are not interested in doing business with a place with such a terrible treatment to anyone.
At the end, We went to Fajas y Más at Hiatus-Pembroke Pines-and bought my moms fajas spending over $300 there and receiving an excellent treat from the attendant who was also alone and busy but managed to serve every single customer in there in a respectful and professional manner.
Somehow, I repent for not leaving Pretty Girls when I should, but I hope my experience be a light to...

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A NO GO. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL TRY TO KEEP YOUR MONEY EVEN IF AN ITEM IS NOT IN STOCK AND EVEN IF IT NEVER SHIPPED OR LEFT THEIR WAREHOUSE. Their staff slipped up and ADMITTED the item I ordered is not in stock and yet they are trying to make matters complicated. They marked the order as "complete" knowing it was not in stock and then created a bogus "shipping label" with USPS but never attached it to any package because it does not exist.
I no longer need the item from them since I was able to locate it with a different vendor and purchased it with them instead, and it's already here. So I have no need for the Pretty Girl Curves order. Mind you I requested cancelation while the order was still in "pre-shipment" only about two days after placing the order, which it still is, meaning a label was created, but nothing has shipped. And it wasn't until I said something on their IG that they even responded to my emails AT ALL. It's cool I'll just demand a chargeback from my bank and go that route since they want to be funny and play games. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are SCAMMERS who try to look for any excuse imaginable to keep your money, even for things they ADMIT are not in stock. You have been warned.
If they have an in-person store, you might have an ok experience going that route. I can't, because I do not live in Florida; I live on the West Coast. But I placed an order in good faith. And I'm seeing other reviews on the BBB where they've pulled similar shenanigans with other online purchasers. Wish I'd seen those BEFORE placing an order with them. Def would have skipped altogether.
**UPDATE: I opened up a dispute and ended up getting fully refunded for my purchase. I'll update my rating from 1 star to 2 stars lol. Because I had to go through a whole process w a third-party just to make that happen as they were bent-set on trying to keep my money. Never again. And I still...
Read moreI am extremely pleased with the staff and products at Pretty Girl Curves. I visited the Pembroke location on 3/14 and was helped by Lisa. At this time I could not complete a fitting because it was passed the 5:15pm cut off. However, she was very accommodating and I purchased the calendula drops and told her I would return the following day for a full fitting and purchase of a faja. The following day (3/15) I was in the Miami area and thought it would make more sense to visit the Miami location. On this day I was greeted and helped by Ashley. She was also kind, accommodating and helpful. I tried on a mid thigh stage 2 faja with a built in bra. Before completing my purchase, I asked if the mid thigh faja would work (keep in mind that I had inner thigh lipo along with arm lipo and a BBL). She stated that the faja would work fine. Despite not being sure of the mid thigh faja, I left pleased and happy that I had a stage 2 faja. By Sunday 3/17 I was already on the 3rd hook with boards and foams in but realized that my faja was not compressing at all and the leg of the faja was pressing into my thigh incision. On 3/18, I went back to the Miami store and was helped by Gema. I explained that I was displeased with the fit but mostly the fact that the faja was cutting into my thigh incisions. She took a video of me in the faja and sent it to her team. I explained that Ashley was great but since she told me the mid thigh faja would work I trusted her expertise but on this day it seem like a different faja that was also hurting my legs. She offered me a discount on a new faja but stated that the faja I needed was at the Pembroke store. Unfortunately for me, I didn’t make it back to the store in time and decided to go the following day. Before the Miami store closed, I called Gema and asked that if I go the following day if they will honor the discount and she said to have them call her location once I went in to the Pembroke store. Today (3/19), I was greeted and helped by Katherine and she was absolutely wonderful and also very accommodating. After explaining what happened and her seeing my faja (that actually fit like a stage 1) and the mid thigh issue. She showed me the faja I needed, measured me and had my try on a faja. Despite it taking a while to get on the fit was PERFECT and I got a faja to the knee like I required originally. Katherine also honored the discount. I cannot stress how happy I am with the service and the ladies at both locations! They are all sweet, kind and are ALL willing to help. Although I had minor issues with my faja, I am still happy with my overall experience. I highly recommend Pretty Girl Curves for all your faja and waist trainer needs! Thanks ladies! I will...
