Orbit Music — Attraction in Mishawaka

Called and asked about selling some vintage vinyl and told to just pop in during business hours. I loaded it all up and headed in about an hour later (about 2, right in the middle of their business hours) and it was closed. Loaded up the next day and drove over and upon arrival was informed that they would only offer store credit. Why would you not disclose that when I called and inquired about their interest? After being gone from the area for five years, I have started collecting vinyl again. I was excited to visit my old record store. I walked in with my son, only to be greeted with a long awkward stare from the man behind the counter. He glared at us all the down the length of the store. You would think an independent record store would welcome patrons who would support their business. Unfortunately, the experience was less than welcoming. Really great store, has a lot of different stuff to look at from music, to movies and games. The workers are chill and not intimidating to talk to at all, which for someone like me who has really bad social anxiety is extremely relieving. Prices of stuff can vary, but they're understandable and fair, and if you look in the right places there are actually some good deals! In general, I love the store, and am extremely happy with it's contribution to my ever growing music...
