I recently lost weight and needed my wedding band resized because it was falling off my finger daily. This ring—sterling silver, simple design, not expensive—is not particularly valuable to anyone but me and my wife. But that model is discontinued and cannot be reordered. So I was afraid resizing it would disturb the original aesthetic and the makers mark on the inside. The craftsmen at Taj jewelers not only preserved the integrity and the aesthetic of the ring, but they also avoided damaging the makers mark. When I picked up the ring, not only did it fit perfectly, but I could not see a seam or a cut mark anywhere. The work they did is almost completely invisible! 6501 grape rd. I bought 2 items from Ghanem Akouba a salesman at Tai jewelers on 12/11/2022. One they had to order cause it wasn't in store. He said it would be in store in 3 or 4 days, then Ship to my address. If called several times. I talked to another employee on 12/16/2022, she said my order was in the store & Ghanem had to ship it. After I sent emails & called the store. I still haven't received my order. A Christmas present to my son. 12/24/2022 still no idea what is going on! 12/26/2022, They still didn't ship my order & calling my phone telling me I owe them another 25.00 cause Ghanem gave me free jewelry cleaner for posting a good review when I bought the merchandise. Now, that I gave them a bad review they said I have to pick up the order in store & pay 25$ more. What a joke! Plus I already paid 15$...

My bracelet I got as a gift broke on me not even 2 hours after receiving it and I was DEVASTATED. The place it was purchased from didn’t do repairs so I had to find another option. I went to the mall and asked around and was eventually sent to Ghanem at Taj Jewelers. He looked at my bracelet and immediately went to see what he could do to help me, within minutes my bracelet was fixed like new! He was extremely nice and delicate with my bracelet, I felt like I was in good hands the whole time.
