Highly recommend! I’m very happy I found this place! Rebecca and other girls were super helpful. First of all, they know their business very well. We had a pretty limited budget, so we said exactly we can spend. Rebecca helped to find many options for me, and was carefully watching my face expression to see which ring I liked the best, so that helped with making a choice. I can totally say that people in this store not only know their assortment, but really enjoy making people happy! Why I think so? Because we decided to check 2 more shops to compare prices and service. We were surprised that in Riddle’s shop the prices are way more affordable, the workers are super helpful, and they offer free warranty! (I already cleaned and polished my ring after 2 months of wearing, and can do it as many times as needed to keep it shiny, so that’s super nice of them!) The other shop we visited was way more expensive, the staff weren’t very friendly, they don’t really know what they sell when it comes to online sales. I found good affordable rings online myself but it’s impossible to order a few of them to try on, choose, and buy. They said I could only order 1-2 max. According to their face expression I can say they wanted us to leave. In another shop the girl was very helpful, but the diamonds there are all expensive because they have no lab ones. The difference in how the diamonds look isn’t big, if only you want to sell it later, so we decided to buy a lab one, and it shines very bright. I think the employees are great! So nice and respectful. The engagement ring on the other hand that we got from them not so much.. I've had it for less than a year and I've lost 4 diamonds already.. I live over an hour away so having to go in everytime to get them replaced is just exhausting.. I'm to the point where I want to return the rings and get my money back and find something that I won't have to get fixed every 2 months on top of the every 6 month cleaning.. I hate showing my ring off because it always has a diamond missing... when I went to talk to them about a return they told me I was outside of my 30 day return time limit but I didn't get the ring in enough time to wear it and realize that the diamonds would just keep falling out.. the first one fell out less than two weeks after I started wearing it..

Update: They ended up giving me a refund for the ring based on the fact that a store wasn't near me and that I was not happy with the ring. They didn't make me feel bad or anything. They honestly helped me more than I thought they would and I can't thank them enough for honestly taking care of their customers to the best of their ability! If I lived closer I might have had a different experience, but I'm definitely glad that this is a place I can trust with my money for...

I am a bride-to-be and getting married in less than 2 weeks. I originally ordered my ring from another jewelry store online, I had never tried it on, and I didn't like it at all when it arrived. The other jewelry store didn't have many options in my price range and they wouldn't be able to size a new ring in-time for my wedding. Stressed, overwhelmed, and freaking out I went into Riddle's where I was greeted by Hilary and Rebecca. I told them what was going on (in tears), worried that I wouldn't find anything in my price range and in-time for my wedding. They both immediately reassured me, saying they would help me find something I love and I would leave with happy tears. Rebecca and Hilary searched the whole store and I tried on so many rings. Rebecca found a beautiful ring that I fell in love with! Fortunately, they have a goldsmith on-site and I will have my ring perfectly fitted to my finger within a week. The love and understanding I felt from both Hilary and Rebecca brought me to tears. I couldn't be more appreciative of their efforts to help me have the ring of my dreams.
