Honestly I had a feeling I should’ve paid the extra $25 to go to the other store in the area. Was told my HDMI port would take a week (other store is 2 days), called in a week later, and was told it will be another week, wouldn’t have been too much of an issue if I was told right away I would have just picked it up and went elsewhere no problem but didn’t receive a notice till I already had made a call. Also this location doesn’t service it, so to pick up my PS5 I would’ve had to make an hour drive to Williamsport. When I came in to drop it off they oddly mentioned to not call them repeatedly blaming a previous customer but after this experience who could blame the previous customer, service doesn’t seem to be a priority. $150 + tax (on pick up it somehow went up to 160 + tax) to take 2 weeks for a single HDMI port 😂. Disappointed but really only blaming myself since I should’ve just went elsewhere, don’t be like me and take business to another store and skip out on a headache. Called Leading Electronics and found out they were apple certified, could take my laptop the day I called, and get it repaired within 2-3 businesses days. Service was prompt and friendly, repair updates and other information were always relayed back to me, and their promise of a 3 day repair was met. Definitely will go here for repairs...
Read moreI went here after Geek Squad couldn’t do anything to help me and I needed my computer for Christmas weekend as my church runs all of our music and video from my laptop. I was told to bring it right over and they’d take a look. Turns out it was a simple fix! After 15 minutes, I was good to go! Reasonable rates too. I’d recommend that anyone go here. And umm yeah….for the love…..skip Best Buy! Thanks for the great, prompt service guys! I’ll be back if I have a technology problem...
