Mahin's Bridal Salon — Attraction in Monroe

Absolutely horrible from start to finish. None of them know how to measure for a tux or a dress. EVERYBODYS tux and dresses fit incorrectly. And they charge whatever the heck they feel like charging, literally. Insanely overpriced. "The $50 tux discount is a joke" trust me you'll still be knocking on $300 out the door with it, and when you get sized they will probably tell you it will be around $100, then notify you later and say they went up to around $160 then charge you another $100 when you come to get it just because. And if your a guy anything over a size XL in anything they will tack an extra $25-50 on without any notice at all. The guy doing the sizing and measuring there moves insanely slow, and stinks, literally stinks. It's horrible. And you can't understand a dang thing either one of them say. Then once you do make it to the wedding and your trying to look nice for the ceremony, and your feeling good because you look sharp in your tux, you get reminded they are a rental by reaching into.yoir pocket of the suit jacket and finding an old wedding garder and a half smoked pack of cigarettes. I guess if that doesn't show you that they aren't properly cleaned before they are re-rented your bound to find a stain or dirtspot. Also don't expect it to have matching buttons either, or all the parts for the cuff links. What a joke. I could keep going on and on, and everyone in the wedding party felt this way, not just me. So I guess if Overpriced rentals, poorly fitting textiles, and horrible stinky service is what your looking for Mahin's is everything...

I have been to Mahin's several times over the past few years, to purchase my daughter's homecoming, and prom dresses. They took so much time with us to make sure we were happy with our purchases. I have now taken my daughter to the bridal salon for her wedding dress. First my daughter went with my niece and found the dress she liked. Mahin was very friendly and worked well with her. Our next visit was my daughter and myself. She took alot of time and also added the veil, and jewelry to show the complete package. She was breathtaking. Our THIRD visit was to bring the bridesmaids up there, show them the dress and look at the bridesmaids dress my daughter chose. Mahin spent so much time with all of us. It didn't matter that my daughter was up there three times, it was just as if she was there on her first visit. She is very friendly, honest and helped choose the right dress for the girls. She even helped me find my mom dress. I found my dress the first time visiting, I was very happy at first then towards the end when I didn't make my decision fast enough the lady stopped helping me while I was still within my hour appointment to help another person who had just walked in and then ignored me. I was left with a man who was not very warming. when I made my decision to spend the 1,500 on my dress during checkout I forgot my pin the guy then told me that I had cost him two dollars since I messed up (I paid in full) then I wore my bra to a wedding which then the wire came out.
