Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by an assistant. An assistant who was more worried about what was on the television. I explain my situation and he instantly got rude and defensive all because I said I went to radio shack first. Talking so rude about the people up there. I explained to him that when I initially got set up with AT&T it was at a corporate store and they lied to me beyond belief about what my bill was going to be and never told me about all the hidden fees and added up to over $100! So excuse for wanting to go people who I know and trust from working with them from having us cellular previously. The other gentleman was very nice. But the bigger one just kept chiming in and making rude snarky comments. Thereâs that thing people sayâ you never know what someone is going through so treat them with kindnessâ well that guy needs to go back to kindergarten and learns his manners. My husband and I first visited the Beloit AT&T store a month ago so that I could switch carriers from US Cellular and get added to the current family business plan through AT&T. That customer service experience in Beloit was so lackluster that we left the store. Last week we visited the AT&T store in Monroe, WI, and had the pleasure of working with retail wireless consultant Zach Tippett. I have worked in sales for the last 11 years and I can truly say I was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding customer service he provided us. Zach has exceptional knowledge of the products as well as the process of switching me over to AT&T and adding me to my husbandâs existing business plan.
