I have been using The Aurum Place services for my family and friends cellphone needs for about 3 years. As a returning customer, I can honestly say that if your electronic device can be repaired that it will be for a decent cost in a timely manner. They honor militarily members by giving them 10% off of their purchases. The manager does everything within his scope to please his customers. It your devices can't be repaired, you are not charged. I took my daughter’s phone (12 pro max) in to get a back glass repair. Lady fixing it told me she messed up the flash. Okay, spoke with Raj (owner) said he would fix it. Gave me the run around for 2 weeks. Finally, pick it up and the phone is blacklisted. It was unlocked to any carrier, bought outright. Was using the phone before I dropped it off. Now she can’t, it fried her sim. I will not be going back! I spend too much money with these guys for them to conduct such bad business!!! I wouldn’t recommend...
