Wow Supermarket - Monroe — Attraction in Monroe

Bad experience went to buy some groceries for the week things were going okay until I had to pay. I saw it was a bigger amount then what i expected so i checked my receipt and saw that they put 26.97 for watermelon (3 Watermelon to be exact) I didn't even buy 1 so i went back to the store and asked for my money back because i payed 26 for somthing I didn’t buy! The women at the front said " I can't do anything about that I need to call my manager" so I had to wait about 1 hour and once the manager came they started questioning if that was everything I bought in the bags i had and i said yes and if they wanted to check the bags they could! Basically making me feel like a thief with the way he was questioning me and once he gave me the money back all they said was here's the money back "here" like no apology or anything I just left the store at that point every disappointed. Literally all I have to say is this is really disappointing and infuriating how do you acuse someone of stealing when you tried to steal my money!! How do you add. How do you add watermelon onto the total without even scanning it?! basically you have to put in manually doing it on purpose knowing full on the intention Like I said this just disappointing

The customer service is horrible. The cashier's have attempted to steal from me on the multiple occasions i've decided to give Wow Supermarket a second chance. Although this THIS is my last straw. I had bought carne asada and right between two slices of meat there was a dead fly. it's was slightly decomposed and i noticed that it's larvae had eaten most of the fly and had started digging into the meat i was thoroughly appalled and instantly threw it away. A waste of money please never buy meat from here it sometimes even looks weeks old. Read this to the end!!This store used to smell very repulsive and some of the meat would be bad on the cooler shelves at the MONROE location. However, in the most recent months the meat department, produce department, and the ladies in the kitchen have really cleaned it up and the whole place up and it looks and smells great!
