Throughout my shopping experience, Mia was a shining example of professionalism and kindness. She patiently answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Read moreSome employees are really nice and helpful. Others, like the manager working this morning are rude and are setting a bad example of how to treat customers. I wanted to buy a dog gate, they only had one which was very broken in two places. Had a clearance price that was only $9.00 less than the original price. So I asked the girl at the register if that was the best they could do since two of the four panels were broke. She was very sweet and said she would ask. Then the rude girl working next to her started talking really loud and saying they won’t change the price. Then a manager who wouldn’t even walk over to me starts yelling over to me that she can hear us and the price marked was not to be lowered. I was mistreated by Manager Mary.One Employee hid merchandise for other 2 customers when I requested to speak to Manager she came out and the first thing she said to me was that she n had never seen me before. I've been shopping at that store for over 3 years. I told manager that just because she has never seen me before that doesn't mean that other customers should be treated VIP, I am a customer too. I asked Manager to check cameras if she didn't believe me I had no reason to Lie. I went home and called manager 2 hours later her response was that cameras were not working and video was blurry which I know is not true, first she mistreated me and then she made me feel like a Liar.
