I visit this location unaware customers have to wait outside and be allowed inside by an employee. I enter the location and the person filling orders never told me I had to wait outside he said it was fine and he would take my order. Then a Hispanic lady assuming she was the manager along with an asian lady with man short hair were extremely condescending with very ride gestures and attitude talking with each other and pointing at myself. The asian lady was extremely rude with direct gestures with her hands to kick me out. I was literally shocked with such gestures and behavior towards a paying customer who not only is doing them a favor by eating there but also giving them a job. The only reason I went there was because my daughter wanted noodles we don't consume such food and I had never experienced such behavior and attitude by an employee.
I definitely will never return and will file a complaint via corporate I believe this is unacceptable and extremely unacceptable.. I believe during such trying times it's a privilege to get a customer to consume and spend money in such unnecessary items therefore I don't believe this is acceptable and I will expect an apology and a follow up on these two very unprofessional employees starting with the acting manager because she sure didn't show any knowledge on how to...
Read morePanda please explain this sign posted on your tables at this location? I would like to know the thought process on how this came into existence. Are you a law enforcement agency? Are you lawmakers? If not then what makes you think you can publicly mandate who I chose to eat with? This is not a city policy or mandate. The surrounding restaurants do not do this. This is a disgrace to your establishment. I challenge any Panda Manager that approved this to step up and apologize publicly for attempting to rob American Citizens of their God given rights. I suggest all Panda managers read and understand the American Constitution before making up tyrannical signs like this. Your customers are “King’s” we are sovereign. We need to be respected as such.
Anyone reading this please step up and start calling out business for not following proper guidelines. Indoor dining is open here in Monrovia but not Panda’s dining or restrooms. If you are essential enough to serve food then there should be an essential restroom open to...
Read moreAs soon as I took my first bite I realized why I don't usually eat here. Most dishes seem to be dressed and spiced to please a particular kind of taste bud. Unfortunately, I have a different palate. Both their Beijing beef and the chicken breast had this overwhelming sweetness and vinegar accent. There was no subtlety. In fact it tasted like they were from a packet or made by a machine. The chow mein and fried rice were kind of sad, too--they tasted steamed not cooked in a wok. The egg roll was the best part of the meal, but then again, it didn't have enough cabbage, celery, and cabbage. Jack in the Box makes much better egg rolls. Plus the amount of protein they give you is similar to what Chipotle puts in their burritos. Sorry Panda Express, I'll keep you if there are no other options available. In an emergency, like when you're stuck in an airport and all you have is an overpriced gastropub, a Mexican cantina, McDonald's or Sbarro. In that case I will definitely go for...
