Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Monrovia

I ordered a burrito bowl on the DoorDash app. My advice DON’T order online. Screw social distancing because you will not get what you pay for if you try to stay safe by using DoorDash. I ordered the new carne asada burrito bowl and paid extra to add chicken. The picture is after I took 3 bites and mixed everything together. There is barely any rice. I ordered both pinto and black beans, but again, there’s barely any in my bowl. I paid for double meat, almost $20, and this is what I received. This is not the first time Chipotle has tried to give me less than what I have paid for, but in person I can tell them to put more rice and beans. I typically get the burrito bowl because I can split it up into 2-3 small meals. I understand that they may have a standard for measuring food but they could at least add an option for xtra rice and xtra beans, seeing how I am not the only one with this complaint. I can’t even type in the specification box, xtra rice and beans because Chipotle has blocked that option on the DoorDash app. I hate having to write bad reviews, but many people have complained about this particular Chipotle and the portion sizes. This was about a month ago on a Friday evening when my husband and I walked in, at around 7:00 p.m. The guy who was at the front didn't seem to care that we were waiting for him to take our order. He kept on doing whatever it was that he was doing. After taking our order, two other guys just walked around and didn't ask us if we were ready to pay. A third guy finally tended to us.

The chicken in the bowl that my husband ordered didn't look fully cooked. The counter was not decent looking. There was food all over the place. The register area did not look clean. The table in the eating area were all dirty. ALLLL of them. Not one table was clear of food crumbs. The trash can was overflowing with tossed out food. We had to throw our food in the recycling bin.

My husband has been going to this place for years and never once experienced such bad service. He had never seen the place look as dirty as it did. It made me wonder what the kitchen in the back looked like. What a disappointment to experience this. Especially because the place wasn't busy. We will never...

So we live very close and this has always been a lunch spot or after gym spot . But this place is going down hill for sure . The last 2 times we went absolutely horrible customer service everyone is either faded out there mind or just don’t want to work there at all, very rude. Went in tonight to grab a quick bite. The place was a mess , it was only 7pm , no rice ready no chicken only steak , the brown rice we got was literally not cooked so hard it s still stuck in my teeth !! No napkins available anywhere trash overflowing tables completely filthy yet like 8 people basically working doing nothing, asked to speak to manager it was some kid that didn’t care about anything only had excuses we got our money back and will absolutely never be coming back to this location , I will be emailing chipotle as well !!...
