So the estate at Kips is beautiful and the grounds good for photos etc. My only real complaint is incomplete information on the website about touring the ground floor of the home. The building is only open to tour for a holiday decor display but this isnt made clear so we made an hour long trip to visit and were quite disappointed by closed signs with no real information. Nice place to see history. They need a sign saying where vistors can park. Parked in what looked like the welcome center but wasn't sure if my car was gonna be towed.
