Las Trancas Ranch — Attraction in Montebello

Was here a few weeks ago for a sweet 16 and felt very uncomfortable as the staff was rude. The security guard did not let my nephew use the restroom. When my nephew came and told me, I walked him over to the restroom and the security guard stormed into the men's restroom and closed the door right behind him. Mind you, these restrooms have stalls, so gee I wonder what the security guard was doing in there. It didn't happen just once, it was throughout the night. Smh. Restrooms did not stay stocked with paper or soap. Also, I left before the party was over also got the flashlight in my face for no reason. Heard tha staff also kept extra food and was even trying to keep extra drinks that they did not pay for. Parking at the bottom is all dirt. Do not recommend this...

This place is AWFUL. The staff is VERY unprofessional and rude. The security guard was yelling at the children and was not allowing them to use the restroom. The owner stayed throughout the whole party and "monitored" us and kept complaining about children being at the party. The security began kicking out the guests as soon as the party was over and began flashing a flashlight in their faces and told them they had to leave. I am NEVER coming back to or recommending anyone to come to this...
