La Paloma Grill — Restaurant in Montebello

Looking for a place to eat local and I came across La Paloma Grill in Montebello ca, read the reviews and alot of them say try the molcajete it's good so today my Husband and I will try this place this evening 5/8/2024 I'm giving 5 stars before trying the food..........Jesus Gonzalez once I try this place I will come back and edit my review....5/9/2024 The food was amazing great flavor the salsa they serve you with chips was so DAMN GOOD........I ended up getting the mix fajitas. Found this local place on google and decided to give it a try. My brother and SIL passing through LA on their way home and decided to take them for local Mexican food. Pulled in about 40 minutes before cooking. We were the only customers and you could tell they were starting to clean as not expecting any more customers for the day. Despite this, they promptly took our order for drinks and food. I love mole and it's always a hit or miss for me. It was excellent! The chicken was not dry and the mole sauce had just enough sweetness and a hint of spice. They do not skimp on the portions. We all had a to go box. They even gave us an extra plate...

food is good, the only reason I gave 3 stars for service is because that day we visited the restaurant the waitress didn't tell us that they were going to close at 6 until we ordered our food, which is ok but I think she should tell before we sit down, funny part after we ordered our food a big party came in and she no other option but to close at the regular time. besides that food is great highly...
