This is an amazing place that sprung up almost out of nowhere, but with a lot of hard work and determination. BLVD MRKT is relatively small on a corner lot, but there is so much there!
It holds a handful of food vendors all situated in recycled shipping containers. They have system to let you know when your food is ready. Because when you are in a container, space is at a premium. All the vendors are around a nice courtyard where you can sit, eat, and drink.
Everyone in here is on a growth path as they develop their business. As of this writing, there is a pizza place that is under construction. Looking forward to that. Today I went to NOLA the Louisiana themed place that has gotten some attention. The food is worthy and has healthy portions. While waiting I highly recommend stopping by Alchemy Craft and picking up something to sip on while you wait. This is a cool place to experience.
4/5/22 Update: The pizza place has tested out there oven and will open very soon. I have now tried all the open vendors and can honestly say that V-Chos is...
Read moreIn town for a quick trip and this stood out to us so we came here for dinner midweek! It was nice to have diverse food options so that my husband and I could each have what we wanted. We shared an order of pupusas, then I got tacos and he got a Filipino dish. Everything was delicious! I also noticed there was always someone around cleaning off tables, collected trash or used cups, and closing up umbrellas so the whole space felt cared for. We had a really chill time but because of my roots were a bit bummed the cafe closes so early. However, we had breakfast from there delivered to our hotel the next morning and it was worth it! The avocado toast and chocolate...
Read moreI have been coming here since it opened, As a local I have been excited for something new and didn't hesitate to support. My first visit was the chicken coop and it was terrible. The food and service, it felt like a cafeteria having to go up and get my food no servers or service directly to you but also expecting a tip. I went back a few months after and saw the chicken coop was closed down. I gave the rest of the place a try but started to notice how inconsistent a lot of the places were with their foods, and schedule but it wasn't until I went in the bar with a couple of my friends and got really bad stomach pains from the alcohol. My Dr. Adviced it must have been a dirty tap beer or something of that sort. It's unfortunate but I will no longer be visiting any of these businesses of BLVD MARKET nor will I ever...
