Run May Beauty Station — Attraction in Monterey Park

This review is not for the actual eyelash service itself but for how bad their customer service has gotten these past few months. First off their appointment confirmation text messages are always rude and pushy. I am a long time customer who is never late and never misses my appointments so these texts are completely unnecessary and demeaning when they're calling you 5 minutes before your appointment time demanding to know where you are. Secondly I used to be able to book my appointments weeks in advance but lately they have been asking customers to schedule 2 DAYS prior to their service which would be fine except that they end up giving the appointments away before I even get the chance to call back 2 DAYS before like they asked me to! On top of this they have the audacity to cancel my appointment (that I had to reshuffle my own time for mind you) with some bs excuse about my technician having an allergic reaction. Run May has really gone to and I am never returning. If you are looking for professional and reliable service this most definitely is not the business for you. UPDATE The man who usually schedules the appointments, not sure if he's the owner, just called me yelling and demanding to know why I posted a negative Yelp review and he continues to harass me through text messages!
