This was the worst experience you can have as a customer. We ordered my fiancé’s wedding band in October 2023. We were told we should have it in early December 2023. In November we found out that we were double charged and it took couple of calls to rectify that. Then in early December we did not get the ring, called them again they said it will be end of December. At the end of December we did not get the ring, so we called again and a lady told us that some one will contact us the first week of January 2024. Of course nobody contacted us and we had to call again in the second week of January, and we were told it will be ready around the end of February 2024. We called again to request having the ring sooner. Finally they speeded it up and we got the ring on January 17th(I guess it was so rushed, the quality of the ring was not in consideration). They did give us $125 credit for future purchase for all the hassle we have been through. We were okay at that point. On January 24th, the ring was broken into two pieces with the top layer loosed from the bottom layer. When my fiancé tried to take the ring out of his finger, the top layer cut his finger and he was bleeding quite a bit. We went back to Mark’s Jeweler on January 27th and explained the situation to store manager. We picked out a different one-piece style ring (hope it does not fall apart) and had to spend more money than we budgeted. When checking out and requesting some credit towards the service plan that we had to purchase, some supervisor level person named Josh showed no empathy and was very rude to us. His speaking tone and unfriendly facing expression shocked us. We were quite surprise to experience such kind of treatment as a customer. It ended up someone else helped us completing the transaction. Read moreI walked in and saw the Eiffel Tower I was in love lol I was greeted by a wonderful gentleman named David Koller I showed him what I saw online and he walked me over to the pieces and was so helpful. I asked questions he answered them so nicely ! There was estate jewelry too and showed me so pieces. He was fabulous! I asked about watches and found this beautiful citizens eco drive watch and I got it ! She was beautiful red strap and a date showing on the watch and then stones inside and the outside ! David Koller changed the watch to the right time and the date so I could see it was the 20th! It’s my birthday today and I treated myself ! This place is phenomenal I will tell everyone I know the amazing service I received here today ! I can’t wait to come back and deal with David again and pick something out before our Vegas trip! Thank you again for being so patient with me and understanding! Top notch customer service here ! Oh I love the leopard tissue paper that’s a huge plus wow I will talk about this place for days to people I know ! Thank you again for making my birthday so special !
A week later I decided to come back and get a ring i was looking at on my birthday because going to Vegas I don’t want to wear my real rings and waited till David koller was available and he was so helpful again and I asked questions so friendly. I was wondering about lab grown Diamonds. I asked about seeing the rings in everyday lighting so accommodating going to the back area to see the ring compared to the bright lights. I absolutely love the service I get from him. David Koller is a great person at your establishment and I will recommend him to anyone I know! I originally reached out to just what seemed like your average “chat with us” feature on their website to ask if their selection online was the same in-store as it has been my sons dream to just “walk around a jewelry store” for his birthday. He always states when he grows up he wants to own his own jewelry store. He has been obsessed with charms, chains, and diamonds since he was just a toddler, so I was really looking for an in purchase vs online. What i thought was going to be an automatic chat feature it truly was FAR from that. Megan, the concierge, had personally reached out and really set up the most perfect day and made my son’s dream come true. To say even I was excited was an understatement.
From the moment we walked into the door my son, his twin sister, and I were made to feel SO welcome and comfortable, like it was truly their pleasure to have us there when they were doing me the favor of allowing us in their space. My son was shy at first, but the smile that remained on his face from the time we entered the doors until the time we left was astonishing.
David was absolutely incredible. He had birthday plans for my son, allowed him to walk around, tour the labs, and everything behind the scenes and explained every step of the way. His patience, expertise, and overall personality was just amazing. Everyone in this entire facility this day had made an everlasting impression to our family that will never be forgotten.
The facility itself is just like Megan described. Truly a showroom! It was definitely worth the drive.
