ADI Smoke — Attraction in Moore

I went in about 15 mins before closing to the location in Midwest City. The young lady tried to help me the best she could, but informed me that the staff gets no training, she said that she was just thrown in and had to figure what she did know on her own. I bought a lighter among many other things. I got home and the lighter would not work. The next day I took the lighter in and there was a different young lady working and she pointed at a sign on the window that stated no exchanges and no returns. She informed me that there was nothing she could do for me. So the lighter was only $9.99 and I should have checked it before I left, so it’s partially my fault and I understand not being to return most of the items they sale, but not a lighter. There are tons of things in the store that you would have no idea if they work until you get home and try. I wish I would have saw the sign, due to this policy me and my household will find another place to buy our vape products and accessories. We have spent hundreds of dollars at this location and they have lost our business over a $9.99...
