At the end of October I went to this store very excited, since a week before I passed by out of curiosity, (I must say that I am addicted to stones) so, a week before I had seen a bracelet of labradorites and amethysts, of the anyone in love So I went back to the crime scene. My mother and I went and in the end we bought two beautiful bracelets (which were not cheap but affordable). What was my surprise that an amethyst fell out the second time I put it on, I was sad so I went to the store to see if I could replace the stone; But the owner surprised me, telling me: That it had no warranty and that he couldn't replace the stone. to take him to a jewelry store. With this review I do not intend to make you uncomfortable but it is very disrespectful that they sell items without telling you in advance, which has no warranty. Thank God we didn't buy the matching necklaces, otherwise we would have lost a lot of money and no warranty. For my part, I will not buy again from that place that does not offer guarantees on the clothing it sells. As I already told you, I am addicted to stones and I have always had good customer service. nothing to do with Andaluz. I hope you are warned when spending your money in this store.
PD. The woman owner is nice I'm sure if I talk to her, she will help me...
Read moreAndaluz is such a fun store to visit! They have a huge variety of rocks, minerals, and fossils, as well as unique décor pieces, jewelry, and even beautiful butterfly specimens. I love that they have beautiful, rare pieces to admire but also offer a huge selection of items under $20. They truly offer a variety of price points to suit every budget. One of my favorite things about this store is that the majority of items can be handled and aren’t in display cases. During my visit to the store, the person staffing the desk was very helpful and attentive but didn’t hover which I appreciated. My only suggestion is that they refrain from burning incense because it unfortunately causes sinus issues for some people (I discovered I’m one of them on my visit, haha). Aside from that, I really enjoyed my visit and plan to return soon. Andaluz is truly a hidden gem (pun intended!) in Moore, and I highly recommend checking it out if you’re...
Read moreAn absolutely wonderful little shop that is stuffed full of beautiful treasures. I have been here about 4 times already and I try to bring someone new with me each time. Its a little hard to find since the sign is hard to see, but it directly faces the street and is right door right next to the yoga place. Just park in the parking lot by the big street sign and go to the farthest door.
The staff are always super friendly and the little bird room is so cute. I have already bought many lovely gemstones, baskets and a light up star from there. My next purchase will be a beautiful piece of petrified wood I have had my eye on. Highly recommend if you are looking for unique gifts for...
