I don’t write reviews ever, but I’ve given this place multiple tries as I understand people have bad days. Every day seems to be a bad day for these employees. A few months ago my boyfriend and I decided to eat there for the first time together, after waiting awhile to order as no one even acknowledged our existence we grabbed our cups and sat down. After tasting the Coke Zero and it tasting off, I asked the employee if she could check the carbonation on it, since it just tasted overly bubbly, like maybe it was low on syrup or turned up too high on the carb. In a timid manner, she agreed. So I sat back down and waited. After 10 minutes she hasn’t left the counter and we now had our sandwiches. We waited for awhile to eat so we could have our drinks. I then approached the counter and asked if she could go look and she said in a loud and rude tone that it’s not her job and it’s up to the vendor to fix that. I don’t understand why she didn’t say that the first time, even though at the sandwich shops and restaurants I’ve worked in, employees could change the syrups, but I digress. Now, I’ve worked in customer service a long time and I try my best to level with the employees, since she offered no solution to the issue, I did something stupid out of anger and decided to grab two bottles of Coke Zero out of the cooler, she then yelled in front of everyone that I needed to pay for those, I said I’d have no problem paying the difference but since we didn’t get fountain drinks, I’d only pay the difference. I proceeded to pay for the two bottled drinks while she scowled at me and rolled her eyes. That’s only one of the horrible experiences at this place and it’s been with multiple employees treating people, including myself, in this manner. I refuse to eat, order, or pick up door dash orders from this business just because it’s impossible to escape terrible treatment from the workers. She is Very Unprofessional I hope she is not the manager because she was being so unkind and unreasonable. I have a large family and my kids wanted sandwiches for lunch. All we did was walk up to the counter and we were greeted with MOVE BACK. And proceeded to demand the poor couple in front of us to Move themselves back around a Table to continue their order. When No one understood what she was trying to do she Proceeded to Say I HAVE NO PROBLEM STOPPING MAKING ANY SANDWICHES. this all happened in about 60 seconds worth of time. As we bolted for the door with discuss She EGGED us on the whole time out the door and RANTED also Trying to be Cute saying have a blessed day in the most sarcastic response to us leaving.
She MUST GO. please if you walk in the door and you see this rude lady turn around and walk out. Better Yet just don't go till FIREHOUSE FIRES HER PLEASE.

It doesn't sound like your letting management know has done a single thing to fix this. I don't know if you can tell but there are reviews going back on this same location and same lady from I can tell going back 7 months.

Once again due to the lady I spoke about and see a lot of others complain about in the review. I'm surprised no action has been taken against this woman still working there despite all of this. So until she is gone, so is any of my business and telling everyone I know to steer clear from thos location. I tried giving her the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe she just a bad day, but I left the store almost in tears with how stupid she managed to make me feel. Absolutely unacceptable.
Wish I could put 0 stars just for one lady behind the counter, every time I've been here she's been very rude and not very discreet with her annoyed gestures at customers and seems like this job is just an inconvenience to her. I was here to pick up a DoorDash order and one young girl made a mistake I was coming back in to fix, and instead had this very rude lady express to her employees "you can't just have these young kids come grab orders, they don't know what they're doing. We look like the a**holes not them, can't trust them" as I'm standing right there trying to just tell her "ma'am I see there was something missing and why I came back in".
