Home Choice — Attraction in Moorhead

The store employees were great. But the only issue I had was they took my item for non payment when they themselves were 2 weeks late getting my the item. I was told it would have been there a certain day but showed up 2 weeks later. Then wanted the money 2 weeks later and didn't even give me a chance to pay it or anything. I believe I was the only one that kept them in business if they were that desperate to get a payment 2 weeks later and wasnt even 30 days. Got the item the middle of February and March 9th or so they wanted the item wasn't even a full month yet. (Moorhead...

Horrible customer service. They don't accommodate. Expect to take stuff off the floor if purchased. I want new never sat in or layed on. Covered in plastic or in a box. They can't accommodate that for a customer. Or at least not for me! Never late on my product that I am paying for now. I'm almost done paying for washer and dryer. Rude on the phone as well. Younger girls that like to argue and create drama with me on the phone. I just hang up. I will not or don't ever do business with a place as such. As soon as this washer and dryer is paid...

Home choice has been awesome to work with! Due to a fire earlier this year we needed all new furniture for our new place. Home choice was able to work with us on payments and had ample choices for us to choose from in regards to bedroom sets and kitchen furnishings. The delivery crew is very respectful and even let me 4 year old ask questions and watch closely as they set everything up and moved it into the right spots. I would highly recommend home choice and will likely use them again...
