Moreno Valley Animal Clinic — Attraction in Moreno Valley

I went and seen a cat on 12/28/2024 I adopted her that day but wasn’t able to pick her up until 01/02/2025 they told me she had a URI and was being treated for it and still needed one more treatment and if by the time I got her if she hasn’t got her last treatment they will let me know and make an appointment for it at the adoption center next door. I went to pick up the cat on 01/02/2025 they didn’t tell me she needed the other treatment so I took her home after being spayed not even a week later she’s coughing and having green boogers coming out of her nose. The paper work this clinic gave me states symptoms will linger after treatment so I didn’t think much of it. I’ve only had this cat 2 weeks and she hasn’t got better. I called this clinic and told them that she’s still having symptoms and it’s not from the lingering from the treatment and they told me it’s been 30 days since she’s been treated. It hasn’t even been a month since I went to go see her on 12/28/2024 when the shelter told me she needed another treatment. On the form when i adopted her I stated that i had other animals in the house and they asked me if i kept them separated and i told them i had her in a separate room and they told me it’s good im keeping them separated because she could have something contagious and now im worried for my other animals health because its only a door separating them and doors have cracks at the bottom so now my cats have a chance of becoming sick. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not take your animals here it’s not worth it they will lie about treatments I’m worried that she didn’t even really get her shots since they’re saying she had all her treatments done 30 days ago yet it hasn’t even been 30 days since her last treatment was supposed to be given. It’s pointless for them to ask if you have other pets at home if they still give you sick animas that can potentially spread diseases to other animals in your home. Save your money and time and go elsewhere it’s not worth the risk or stress. They’re acting like it’s my problem now since I took her home and allegedly it’s been a month since her last check up (which it hasn’t) they spayed a sick cat with a clogged up nose with green mucus which can put her at risk. One of my cats are sneezing after I brought this cat home which was supposed to be healthy and I wasn’t told she could be contagious. I’m taking BOTH cats to a different clinic where they actually care about the animals...

We had to put down our extremely sick suffering bulldog. We spent $20+ thousand trying to help our suffering dog over the course of his lifetime. Our dog had the best insurance, and we tried everything possible to help him. We finally made the decision & knew it was best for him to go to heaven. Dr Ali, told my husband "To give him to the less fortunate" the extreme rudeness and lack of bad bedside manners is totally unacceptable. We spent every dollar we could to help our dog, our family member. What in the world is someone "less fortunate" going to be able to do. In a sensitive time like this, they were totally out of line. The "owner" Dr Callahan was JUST AS RUDE.

(Nurses & receptionists were great) however they aren't in charge & the people who are, are TERRIBLE.

Horrible customer service. Took my 6 mo old cat to get neutered this morning. The vet told my fiancé pick up was from 4:30 to 5:30pm. I arrive to a closed clinic at 5:20pm. We received No courtesy call about picking up our cat on time if closing Time was 5pm not 5:30pm. The more polite thing they could have done was give us a call so I could have left work early to make it in on time. I have no idea where my cat is (hopefully in the clinic) and I don’t know if they are feeding and giving him water. Being that we did not feed him prior to his surgery. I’m aware that the prices here are low for the services they offer but what kind of place locks it’s doors without giving the pet owner the heads up?!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE. Banfield in Petsmart would have never done this! And I bet we will receive an over night...
