So I am now finding out that basically paying 75.00 dollar delivery fee honestly just means removing from the store floor, placing it on a truck and the rest is someone else's responsibility. We were to receive our refrigerator sometime today, no ETA given , so we've been waiting all day and I'm only assuming it is obviously not coming today considering it's now 8:30 p.m.. I did make a phone call to them just before noon today and requested an estimated time I could expect delivery and was simply told "I think it's on the truck but I'll have em call when close". I have not heard anything else from them or a driver for that matter. I tried calling as it neared 7 p.m. several times and as with earlier in the day nobody would answer the phone, and no answer machine or voice mail available. Now mind you we have had everything removed from existing fridge/freezer while anticipating our delivery. This is not a good start to a business relationship sadly. It is very disappointing that I now have to take more time off work in Hope's our merchandise gets delivered tomorrow. Fingers crossed.
UPDATE: well just got our refrigerator delivered a day late. not HAPPY, was charged another 20 dollars cash on top of the 75 already paid for delivery. Guy tells me it will be 20 dollars more because the doors on fridge would need to come off to get it in the house of which in fact they didnt take them off, so I figured alright cool no extra cost. Wrong, still charged me the extra 20 dollars, and above all I actually removed my own front door to be sure it would fit without hassle prior to them arriving. They left the damn fridge in middle of my kitchen, did not remove my old fridge like we paid for. Instead simply pushed it off to the side. Now I have 2 refrigerators in my kitchen of which are blocking my entry ways to the rest of my home. Absolutely ridiculous. I called to speak with the owner and got a manager, and was told they out source all their deliveries and arent responsible. Agreed I should not have paid extra, and apologized. Now what about it being a day late, and I had to lose 200 dollars by taking two days off work for this delivery? What about the extra charges, nothing about this is satisfying, I should not have had to pay extra, or the delivery fee in general for the late...

Worst experience I've ever had with a company they broke our fridge upon delivery and would only replace it with a broken fridge. They where very rude and unprofessional and avioded our phone calls and gave us excusesses as to why then When we came to the shop to pick up the replacement our selves( even though we had originally paid for delivery) we just could not afford too take more days off work. we wer told we are no longer allowed to have that one. We could only have one of three he picked out. All three wer broken in the store. It was written on the front of them BROKEN NEEDS PARTS. THEY REFUSED TOO SELL ME A WORKING MODEL EVEN IF I PAID THE DIFFERENCE.they proceeded to call the cops who told him he was being a bad buisness owner and to uphold his reciept and warranty. He flat out told the police no He will not keep his word or validate my receipt.An They showed no remorse for the 4 days of work I had to miss dealing with these people missing wages or the $200 in groceries.
