A 1 star review is being generous and only because I didn't have a negative number to choose from. I placed an online order at this store on March 5, 2025 and physically went into the store to pick it up. When I entered the store I informed the employee at the register that I had placed an online order and without even checking their system she simply stated "I did not get it". I attempted to show her the order on my phone and again without even looking or attempting to look at my phone she once again said "I did not get it". At this point another couple walked into the store, a black couple, my husband and I are white. She immediately walked away from my husband and I and started taking the order of the couple that just walked in. I instructed the employee that she needed to prepare our order as my account had already been charged for the cost of the food, her response was "I don't have to prepare anything for you". She was very rude, aggressive and in my opinion racially motivated. Two weeks later I am still trying to get a refund to my account after multiple attempts to reach out to the "manager", Sarah Sippel, who apparently works when and if she feels like it and has not responded to any of my emails with the exception of the first one sent the day after this took place with absolutely no resolution. I suggest the store owner pay attention and take the time to review the day to day operations at this location. This store is a very short step away from a lawsuit based on racial prejudice, I certainly will not hesitate if I am not made whole in very short order. Frankly, the monetary reimbursement is not my only concern at this point, the prejudice shown by an employee to my husband and I is very troubling and I am sure is not isolated to just us, it has to be systemic in this store if it was so blatant in this...
