Awesome service I called and asked about some subwoofer grill (covers for subs to prevent damage) Chris puhlman tried the ones he had and as soon as he found out they wouldn't work he immediately called and placed an order with his supplier to get the ones I would need. I had also asked him about an issue with my subs he had no hesitation when he said he would check them out he did a few quick checks found the issue and explained to me how to fix it he got me a few parts and with what he explained to me I fixed the issue in about 10 mins (know nothing about subwoofers) but he explained it in a way I could understand. Over all great places awesome service and really good guy not many companies with people who genuinely care about the customer and want to help with our cramming a bunch of sales down...

Chris and his staff were VERY attentive to my needs as a customer! Took my ’05 Jeep in to fix the remote start that was installed somewhere else before I bought it used and has given me problems ever since. They explained in detail to me what needed to be done and the best solutions to fit my needs!! Being a female and not knowing car information I appreciated the extra time they took explaining in detail things to me before they did it. I have taken other wiring issues on a different car to him and they were just as time efficient with diagnosing the problem and fixing it as they were with my new cars problems!! I just really appreciate the honest and the integrity that this business has. when I first pulled in, I got the impression that it was going to be one of those shady shops that you'd find in a typical ghetto, ended up purchasing a part that didn't work out, turned it back in and got a refund, but the refund took a few days, and unlike most shady shops, the owner actually worked hard to make sure that I got my money back. He was also very understanding of the whole situation with the part and everything, and went above and beyond my expectations.
