Crazy Moose Casino Mountlake Terrace — Attraction in Mountlake Terrace

Maverick gaming bought most of the card rooms in Washington State and Crazy Moose is one of them. I came here to play a game that's only available at this property since they removed it from their Sea-Tac property. Though I used to come up to this location quite a bit. A lot has changed since Maverick took over and not all for the good. Bottom line, if you're not a regular here don't expect the dealers to be friendly with you. I am tired of casinos where dealers only chat with or attempt to make a fun experience for their regulars and ignores new people. I had one dealer making rude comments at me and throwing cards in an aggressive fashion at me while setting them down nicely in front of her friends because she didn't think I was tipping enough. Card shufflers are also not well maintained. The shuffler at my table over 30 hands gave 27 wins in a row to seats 1 and 2, sporadic wins to seats 3 through 5 and about 2-4 wins to seats 6 and 7. That's not normal. Floor finally changed machines and the wins and losses were more evenly distributed. Plus side - food is great and pit bosses...

We order the queso dip and chips, Chips very stale and queso dip was out of a jar. Not what was advertised on the menu. They advertise house made chips, they were not. Order the Carne Asada meal, beans were out of a can and were crusted. Rice was soggy, and guacamole was store bought and my beer was flat. The bartender disappeared for over ten minutes after she drop half our chips on the floor. She did not replace them, she did sorry and left, at that point it did not really matter. I think she cared more about her smoke break. I asked another server for our check. She could not bring for some reason, so we had to wait for bartender to come back. The men's bathroom was very gross, it had not been cleaned for a very long time. When there is dust on the mirror you know, it has not been cleaned for a long time. It felt like the moose was going out business and the employees have given up. I didn't complain, I just wanted to leave asap. Left both of my plates full of food and full beer behind. ...

Good Vibes. Megan, Melanie & Nadia at the bar are the most chill. They have a nice buffet once a month, along with giveaways for members, with 200$ giveaways on the hour for those logged into a table... and $1000 at midnight! Good music, chill cute people show up here, nice drinks including St. Germain on the rocks with sour and lime. Affordable beers on Happy Hour 24/7. A good bar and place to gamble. They have deals on membership when you first sign up, they match a bit.

Came up from 10 to 31.50 and dipped on my first visit. Covered my drinks and came out with what I bet. Left with grace. Came back and gambled away 50. The house always wins haha... Staff has a lot of humility.
