I do not even know how to begin expressing how ecstatic I am over our new floors! I could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Jenn Skeels first came out and met with us in October 2019. She was absolutely wonderful and personable. We talked ahead of time, she brought out many samples for us to look at and was extremely patient while we were super indecisive about what we wanted. We landed on a sample that we loved, but unfortunately it was above our budget at the time. We had asked her for a few different options and she provided those very quickly and more than happy to do so. We ended up tabling the project. Jenn never pressured us to buy or commit. She was extremely respectful. A few months later, we decided to revisit the idea again and reached out to her. She was great. She referenced old notes and emails and came out a second time with more samples all similar to what we had picked the first time! There is nothing worse than having to repeat yourself and we know that she works with many people every day so this was such a nice touch that you only see in smaller businesses. We actually ended up liking one of the other samples even more which is what we chose and got installed! She double checked her measurements, went over everything with us again and kept in touch the entire way. Mike came out about a week after to confirm everything and do a pre-inspect. 2 weeks later the material was dropped off and 3 days after that, our installation began! I was absolutely stunned how quickly they were able to get to us especially with all of the paused jobs from COVID-19 going on.

Now, onto the installation! Dwight and Nevin Yoder were absolutely phenomenal. I have never met two individuals who were so hard working, respectful and high quality in any project that I have ever had done. They called the night before with an exact time and showed up a few minutes early the next day. They explained everything that they would do and confirmed all details of the project with me. Anytime a question popped up on color that I wanted or anything, they made sure to run that past me as well. I can honestly say that not a single short cut was taken during the entire job. I was shocked to see that they had gently moved all of our furniture, removed doors/shelves/etc. and put everything back exactly as it was. They cleaned up everything to completely spotless afterwards as well. They even were kind enough to go the extra mile and reinstall a shelf for me that the owners before us didn't install in studs and was pulling out of the wall before they even came. After the installation, it was like no construction had occurred at all which we all know is not usually the case! I seriously cannot rave enough about the Molyneaux team and their attention to detail and client needs. I am actually excited to hire them for future projects as well!! This was our third experience with Molyneaux Tile Carpet and Wood. In July of 2014 my son had an in-home consultation with Cindy Benson and had 3 rooms of carpet(bedroom ,dining room and living room) installed by Molyneaux.The shop at home service was very convenient and the price was competitive. With so many choices and decisions, Cindy guided him thru the process. She was very professional and easy to work with. We chose to remove the old carpet to save a couple dollars. Next time Molyneaux, the jobs yours. Carpet installed and a great experience from purchase to installation. Almost two and a half years later November 2016, I contacted Molyneaux to set up an in- home sales consultation. I made a home consultation appointment and Jenn Skeels came to the house. There were so many choices of carpet and laminate flooring to choose from. Jen was professional and very easy to work with. Our shop at home experience from purchase to installation was very convenient and the prices were once again very competitive. We had two bedrooms of carpet removed then installed and a laminate floor installed in our kitchen. Carpets and laminate floor were professionally installed and when they were done everything was put back in place and cleaner than when they started. Several days later Jen called to check if I was satisfied with my new floors and carpet. I told her if” the wife” was happy I was happy. In January of 2020 I again called on Molyneaux to set up another in home consultation. I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention I’ve received from Jen Skeels, my design consultant. She contacted me right away and then spent quite a few hours at my home working through what options would best suite my needs, she took careful attention to make sure the flooring matched the walls and baseboards, was also mindful of my budget and ideas for both carpet and laminate flooring. Jen described the current payment options available of 3 -year financing with no interest (which I took advantage of with my last purchase), 30 % discount on my purchase and a rebate based on my total purchase. This time I had carpet installed in my living room and a laminate floor in my dining room. Our process from purchase, delivery, to the installation of fast and quality work the installers provided. Nicholas and Florian removed my old carpet and installed my laminate floor in my dinning room in just under 2 days. Laminate floor was installed professionally and a great clean up job as well. The carpet installers were in and out in a little over a half of a day (unfortunately I forgot their names) They removed the old carpet, moved all the furniture vacuumed and replaced everything back where it was. Would never have known they were there except for the new carpet smell. Another amazing job Molyneaux Carpet and Tile. I requested a free in-home estimate from Molyneaux and 2 other competitors to replace some flooring in my 3rd floor that had water damage from a recent storm. My salesperson, Steven Porter, was the only salesperson who actually checked the flooring underneath for any additional damage and was the only one to take the existing flooring to be tested for asbestos, which is common in older houses in the area. I had a lot of questions making my decision and Steven always responded to emails, texts messages, and even had to make a return visit to go over a while new color palate with me after I was able to get more research done. All of the quotes I received were comparable so I based my choice on the quality of service and depth of information that I received upfront, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise.

The installers who came to install the flooring were very knowledgeable and professional. They discovered a major issue in the back corner that would have caused the laminate I chose to come back up, probably a few weeks after install with a 2” dip in the back corner of the 3rd floor. And they wouldn’t let that happen. As a customer, it means a lot to me that the installers weren’t just there to toss down some floor and leave me with a giant headache. They wanted to make sure that my floor was able to be installed properly and that a quality job was performed.

So I had to pick a new floor. Steven stayed with me and since he knew how much I loved the floor that I picked and scoured their products to stop by again with the closest possible matches for what I needed based on the newly discovered constraints of my 1906 house. The floor turned out beautifully and I couldn’t be happier!! Everyone I worked with at Molyneaux was professional, pleasant, and helpful every step of the way.
