My daughter wanted to return to the adventure park “The Works” after having a great time on her first visit. However, it was closed for some reason, so we decided to check out Nova Adventure Park instead—and she’s now found her new favorite! The park is incredibly spacious, clean, well-maintained, and has a comfortable, temperature-controlled environment with cushioned seats for parents. They offer a variety of activities, including rock climbing, an obstacle course, trampolines, and more. I initially thought you paid separately for each area, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that, aside from the arcade, you get access to everything. Admission is timed, so you pay based on how long you plan to stay. For my 8-year-old, two hours of play cost $30, which was absolutely worth it. She got to enjoy every activity, and by the end of the session, she was completely worn out—mission accomplished!

Unfortunately my family hasn’t gotten to experience the “fun” of this place, as I asked ahead of time if I could bring food for my son who has celiacs disease (which I don’t even have to do under the American disability act but I always ask anyways to let them know the situation) and they denied my son safe foods or allowing us to bring a safe alternative unless we would rent the place for a party. Why would I rent the place for a party just so my two children can jump! I even made it clear that it would only be HIM bringing food and the rest of us would be eating there. I’ve never had a place deny us before and if they let parties bring in food I’m unsure of my son (who if exposed to gluten will vomit profoundly and be ill for weeks) couldn’t bring in a snack so he isn’t hungry while everyone else eats wouldn’t be aloud to bring in food. So nova will not be getting our business, and if you have food allergies or celiacs or family with food allergies or celiacs I’d second guess coming here because they are not willing to...

Huge place for the kids to let out lots of energy. Definitely was a good place needed in Berks county. Only giving 4 stars because I paid so much money to host my sons birthday party here and I really could have paid for each kid individually and got some pizza at margheritas myself with some little ice creams all for cheaper than the party package. My host never showed up, waters were never given until almost an hour later, it was just a mess but I also give them grace being a new establishment I’m sure they’re still figuring things out. I’m not sure if there is a capacity limit but it seemed like way over. There were soo many kids in one area my youngest got trampled over and had his ankle jumped on. Thats when I finally seen a staff member help :) I did email them my experience so I didn’t have to leave this review here but i never received anything back. Nevertheless, I’ll keep bringing my kids on weekdays when it’s not so packed and understaffed.. I would probably not recommend a party package to...

I love taking my daughter so she can burn off some energy. What's really great is I can take a stroller all over the place to be able to follow my daughter around and that they have huge couches that I can breastfeed my son. Really clean and well kept. I'm not personally a fan of the foam block pits just because it hurts my joints climbing in and out of, but I'm also not in the best shape to be chasing after my kid. Some of the foam blocks have like fabric covers on them. I feel if you had them on all of them it would be easier to climb in and out of, because they kinda stick to you otherwise or just about yank your socks off. They also have Arcade games that we don't usually bother with. They had a new section for some kind of huge bumper chair cars that are for older kids. The only thing I didn't like was it was right next to the ball pit and it was super loud for my 4 month old when they turned it on. But it's a very clean well kept place even the restrooms are super clean...
