I can’t say enough good things about Reckless Audio! From start to finish, the experience was top notch. I had my vehicle windows tinted here and the results are absolutely perfect—the tint looks amazing, the lines are clean, and the whole job was finished in no time at all.

They actually took the time to beat the price I was quoted at another shop, not because they had to, but because they wanted to make sure I got the work done correctly and at a fair price. Our Chevy Trax suddenly lost sound. No sound from the radio. No turn signal sounds. No chimes in the car. Radio turned on and had power. Turn signal lights worked. We took it to American Chevrolet for estimate. They told us it was a bad radio (?) and would be $1100 to replace it AND that might not 100% fix it. I said I saw the radios for $400 and he said there was a lot to do to get one in.

I called Reckless Car Audio for a second opinion and so thankful I did!! They got us in very quickly and within 20 minutes had it diagnosed. He had seen the issue many times before and called it before he even got into it. We needed a new amplifier. Part was $218 and installation $99. Made another appointment and everything is good as new ! $1100 vs $325. The sales team was very professional and the installer was as well. We were in and done very quickly. Their estimate given ahead of time was honored

Very impressed with this business. When was the last time a business really went the extra mile for a customer??? We own Sight & Sound Music which is a few doors down and had a trailer wiring problem happen while loading for a big concert tomorrow and our lights failed. We ran down the street to their shop to seek some help but figured nothing could happen that fast and we would have to go rent a truck. They jumped right in on the spot and helped us solve the problem. Very knowledgeable. Their pricing was very fair. Guys in the shop were great too! The owner actually did the work himself! It is a breath of fresh air to find a business that really aims honest can customer minded. We don't do car audio but we get people asking all the time. We send them every call we get for car related audio and electronics. They do window tint too. Do not hesitate to trust these folks with your business! You will be glad you did!
