Taco Bell — Restaurant in Muncie

We were in the “Drive Thru ” late night & experienced the most blatant disrespect the “working ppl” could possibly hear and or expect. A true “Karen” moment unfolded right in front of us, the most demeaning way possible some entitled female could speak to another human being on full display. Upset bc this particular TBell was “understaffed” at 1A & were requesting online orders, this female customer (no lady) began a verbal assault on the window attendant for nothing more than doing her job. It was appalling to hear, yet they were also in a Blue 100kmi “Avalanche” that was definitely riding on an overextended up-side-down “co-signed” loan from Mommy or GParents. The Mgr handled the entire ordeal w/ class & manners until the “Karen” went full blown. I wish I had recorded the whole thing, but all those working past 1A on 10/15, deserve more money & at the very least, recognition. Attn all common folk, we are all supporting ourselves, family or chasing dreams. Given your disposition “Karen”, your entitled TJ Maxx-a-nista self will fail in your dreams bc you feel you’re better than those working positions “below” you. Kudos to staff this night & handling this “B” with class & professionalism. Blue Chevy Avalanche “Karen”, hopefully you’ll be on the receiving end of a verbal assault worse than you spewed, you should be ashamed & hopefully a sense of “humility” sets in to your narrow minded self before your heels hit the headliner or better yet, “again” you freak… SMH - so sad yet typical. Taco Bell employees on Morrison (47304) “Hats off”, stay your course & many blessings are undoubtedly...

So i live Arizona and I was placing an order on the website for a pick up..even though I was logged into my account the same account i always use to order online and I had selected my location for Maricopa Arizona as soon I hit submit it changed my order to somewhere in Muncie In. This was all the money I had in order to feed my kods tonight so I called tjat location looming for help and this guy Trevor answers the phone. Twlls me he cant do nothing to help me and hangs up on me then he leaves the phone off the hook so I couldnt call back. After having to borrow the money from a friend to feed my kids I went into the location that I wanted my order from so I could get what I needed and the nice young lady and the manager were nice enough to.let me know they can do something about it. They even offered me a free drink simce I looked like I was gonnaa cry and I then explained to them what happened. 10 thbs up for the store.in maricopa Arizona and ill ne calling.cprporate about the very unprofessional rude male name trevor from this store...

Horrible I ordered a Cantina beef crunchy taco instead of chicken thru the drive thru never was I told they couldn't make it that way but they still charged me and gave me chicken. Conveniently the store wasn't open for dine in only the drive thru was open. I went back to the drive thru to just get the mistake corrected and was told by the drive thru worker " I've never had anyone order it that way" well I order it that way from the kiosk in the store all the time. I decided to call the store to speak with a manager and find out why my tacos couldn't be made that way and was accused of being rude just for asking. I am furious, I don't care if I spent .50 or 100.00 right is right wrong is wrong. The attitude I received from the manager there was no way in hell I would've went back to that store and had them remake my food, im not eating spit and thats how professional this woman was. HORRIBLE WILL NEVER EAT...
